You can make yourself really comfortable now.

And I'm going to invite you to close your eyes and just breathe in and out of your nose.

Relaxing into this moment and just becoming present of the now.

Inhale through your nose,

Opening up and expanding your chest and exhale out of your nose.

We're just taking a moment to be present.

And in this meditation today we're going to awaken that hidden power in your heart and we remember who we are.

We remember that we have all the love inside us.

Before we start we're just scanning our body.

So from the top of the head,

Relax all the muscles down the neck.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your elbows,

Hands and every finger.

Let everything go.

You're just inhaling and exhaling.

And then start to scan your spine,

Go all the way down your back.

Relaxing your hips.

Start to go down your legs.

Relaxing your knees,

Your ankles and toes.

Start to relax your whole body.

And imagine every muscle is relaxing and melting like ice cream on a really sunny,

Warm day.

And you just breathe.

Amazing.

You just surrender for a moment.

You haven't got to do anything right now.

You're just right in this moment.

If your mind is busy today,

Just calm down and relax with your breath.

Breathing nice and steady.

It's a time for yourself now to relax and just surrender into this moment.

And I want you to take your awareness to the nature of your mind.

So as you breathe in through the nose,

You're breathing in a light,

Loving,

Peaceful feeling.

Breathing out normally through the nose.

You're breathing in that light into your body,

Softening,

Sinking and breathing everything out.

If your mind wanders,

It's okay to recognize this mind wandering.

It's okay to think.

You're just breathing now.

As you're breathing in that bright,

Bright light,

Sink into your heart space now.

And exhale,

Sinking into that love for a moment.

And I'm going to be quiet for a few moments.

And all you need to do is just breathing and sinking into that love in your heart space.

And it's just a pure light,

A pure vibration,

A deeper love you have inside you.

A grounded,

Peaceful feeling.

Just go into the end.

If the mind is wandering,

Just breathe a little bit deeper.

Focus on your breath.

Sink into the softness,

The wisdom,

The love and the compassion.

If you're holding on to any tension right now,

Now is the time to really let go.

And just relax your whole body.

Dive into the seeds of faith.

And to really feel the love and compassion and the gratitude inside yourself,

Inside your heart space.

I want you to silently repeat after me these following mantras.

I am love,

Breathing it in and out.

I am wise,

Silently repeat it to yourself.

I am kind.

I am soft.

I am compassionate.

Just sinking into that softness.

Repeating silently.

I am love.

I am free.

I am calm.

I am confident.

I am powerful.

I am strong.

I am healthy.

I am abundant.

Just feel into these words.

Repeating for yourself.

I am love.

I am wise.

I am free.

Feeling that in your heart space.

Just imagining your heart opening and expanding when you say the word love.

When you say I am love.

Feel the wisdom and the softness as you gently repeat it to your heart space.

Repeat that mantra over and over again in your mind.

I am love.

We gonna simply repeat it and awakening our inner spirit.

If your mind stop thinking and you wander off somewhere else.

Just come back to this world and just feel it in your whole body.

The softness and the lightness.

I am love.

Just come back here into the now repeating it for yourself.

Silently in your mind as you saying these words you making a deeper connection to that power.

Feeling nice and smooth.

Still relaxing your whole body.

Just feeling the love inside you.

Feeling it in your heart.

Softening awakening.

Just for a few more moments I am love.

Repeat it silently in your head.

You are soft and calm,

Peaceful,

Powerful,

Strong and healthy.

Sink into that true nature.

And then stop repeating and just enter and sink into that space,

Into that empty space.

Let your mind be empty and just feel the presence of the nature of the nothingness.

Amazing.

And I want you to know that this is your true power,

Your true nature.

And you already know this because you are feeling it in your heart.

So as you are thinking into your heart space I want you to manifest the future path that you are about to take when this little course comes to an end with a grateful heart.

You are going to manifest it.

And all you need to do is get out of our way and allow that intelligence inside your heart to guide you.

Because we are meditating and taking the precious time we have on this earth to listen to our heart,

To listen to our direction and guidance from a true,

Softer,

Loving nature within us.

What I would like you to do now is to communicate with your heart,

With that wisdom.

And I want you that you ask your heart what is needed for the next steps in your life.

Just see if anything comes up.

Maybe you get an answer directly,

Maybe you don't,

That's totally fine.

But literally communicate with the little voice inside your head and ask yourself what do I need to move forward,

To develop or to deepen this practice with yourself.

Maybe the answer comes to you straight away,

Maybe it will come next week,

Next month,

Who knows,

There is no rush.

Just be patient and trust yourself.

When the answer is coming you listen.

It's that intuition,

That gut feeling,

The power in your heart.

Because you've got all the answers you need inside you.

You have more wisdom than anyone else,

More magic than the universe.

We are not trying to force anything,

We just soften and surrendering and listening.

Because your heart knows exactly what you need and maybe there is a pull towards something you can answer,

The heart will show you.

So for the last few moments stay just with yourself,

Stay just with your heart and let anything else go and just be free.

Just enjoying this feeling of gratitude,

Of love inside you and anything else just let go.

Breathing nice and steady,

Being free.

Because this is the gift of the practice,

The reward that you get.

For choosing this path and for prioritizing this practice your mind will go back to this original state and this original state is an empty page,

This emptiness.

So inhale and exhale through your nose,

Just enter this emptiness just one last time.

Soften your body and let go of any tension,

Just entering that blissful state.

Breathe a little bit softer and a little bit deeper,

Let go and surrender.

Then slowly bring your awareness back into your body.

And just feel the bliss and feel the aliveness inside you and every little thing,

A cell wrapped around every monocle of your body,

There is a spirit,

An energy of love and wisdom and compassion.

You just have to feel that aliveness inside,

That energy that's giving you life.

Then bring your hands over your heart,

Take a moment to stay here for a few more moments,

Just getting a deep feeling of gratitude,

Of love and compassion.

We are taking one big breath together at the end,

A deep inhale into your heart space and a steady exhale out into the world.

And if you're ready you can slowly open your eyes,

Coming back or staying in this present moment.
