This Meditation will ground and support your growth and feelings of safety when exploring all aspects of life. The root chakra is where you ground yourself to the earth and anchor your energy to manifest your best LIFE!!

Welcome to Meditations with Marie.

This meditation is for affirmations for the root chakra.

Come into a comfortable seated position.

Take your hands,

Rest them gently in your lap.

Palms can be facing up or palms can be facing down.

Gently come into your breath,

Relaxing into the breath.

Allow the breathing to become deeper and with the inhale,

Feeling the breath start at the root chakra.

And with the exhale,

Releasing anything that needs to be let go of from the root chakra.

Do this three more times.

As I say these affirmations,

Repeat them gently to yourself,

Focusing on your root chakra.

I trust in the process of life.

I make good healthy choices.

I am proud of who I am.

I am financially secure.

I am vitalized and energized.

I am protected and nurtured.

I am in peace where I am.

I am centered and grounded.

I love being in my body.

I am connected to my body.

I am safe and secure.

I am rooted in this present moment.

I am grounded.

I am exactly where I am meant to be.

It is right to be exactly as I am.

It is safe to be exactly where I am.

I have everything I need.

I feel safe in my body.

My body takes care of me.

I inhale trust and I exhale fear.

I am always supported and protected.

I feel peaceful,

Rooted and grounded.

Repeat them as often as your heart desires.

Use them when you feel you need grounding or you need to feel safe.
