Welcome to this soft guided meditation for those seeking clarity,

Longing to reconnect with their heart's truest desires or hoping to trust the powerful wisdom that lives within each and every one of us.

This meditation will help you find the voice within who grew faint beneath the noise of the outside.

It can lead you to find a way back to your centre and to remember that you already know the way further,

Even if the path ahead seems unclear.

To begin,

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distraction.

You may close your eyes or soften your gaze to bring your focus inward.

Take a few deep breaths there,

Allowing yourself to settle into this moment.

That you have arrived,

You are safe,

You are grounded.

If this calls you,

Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Feel the gravity of your body.

Feel every connection point between yourself and the ground.

Maybe your sits bones deep into the ground if you are seated,

Or maybe it's the back of your head,

Your shoulder blades,

Your buttocks and your heels if you are laying down.

In any case,

Try to feel heavy,

Relaxed,

Supported.

Take a deep breath through the nose and out through the mouth.

Again,

A deep breath through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feel the ground supporting you.

Feel the safety in your body as you take awareness that there is nothing else to do right now than to take a deep breath in and out.

You are safe.

You are grounded.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Feel your belly expand and then your chest and your heart area,

The back,

The collarbone.

Breathe out through the nose,

Slightly contracting first your chest,

Then your belly.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath in,

Expand your belly,

Expand your chest and out.

Slightly contract your chest,

Then your belly.

Breathe in and out through the nose.

You are safe.

Again,

Deep breath in through the nose,

Expand the belly,

Expand the chest and out through the nose again,

Slightly contracting your chest first.

Then your belly.

You're grounded.

Deep breath in.

Connect to your heart.

Feel your heart fully and out.

Breathe in.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light glowing in your heart space and out.

Breathe in again.

Each inhale,

The light grows brighter,

Filling you with warmth and love.

And with each exhale,

You let go of any tension or doubts.

Breathe in again.

The white,

Warm light expands and you breathe out.

You let go of any worries.

Breathe in.

I am safe.

Breathe out.

Breathe in again.

I am safe.

Breathe out.

Breathe in again.

I am light.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

I am truth.

And breathe out.

You breathe in.

And breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Continue breathing in and out very deeply at your own rhythm.

Picture yourself in a sacred space.

It can be a true place from your memory or an imagined one.

You are resting there in your sacred space.

A serene,

Beautiful,

Peaceful place.

A place that feels safe and sacred to you.

It could be a forest,

A beach,

A room,

A womb,

Inside of a cloud or a soft blanket.

Take a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Visualize yourself resting comfortably in this space.

Visualize that you are sitting tall and strong as the wisest version of yourself.

Deep breaths.

And you are happy and full of love as the purest version of yourself.

Take a deep breath in.

And with this breath,

You also take in the knowledge that all desires are pure and beautiful.

Out.

Relax.

Breathe in.

All desires are sacred.

You breathe out.

And in.

All desires are gifts from a higher power.

All desires are perfect as they appear to you.

There is no need to judge them.

There is no need to control them or change them.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

All of your desires are pure.

Continue to breathe deeply.

Expand your heart.

Open your heart.

Take a deep breath in.

And ask yourself,

What's my heart's true desire?

Exhale.

Inhale.

Ask yourself,

What's my heart's true desire?

Exhale.

Inhale.

What do I need to hear right now?

And just continue with the breathing.

With the feelings of being safe.

Surrounded by your happy place.

With the feeling of being the purest and happiest version of yourself.

And just listen.

And wait.

As you allow any thoughts,

Feelings or images to arise naturally.

There is no need to force any answer.

There is not even a need to bring your thinking mind into this.

You just have to bring your trust that whatever comes to you,

Even if it's silence,

Is good and is perfect as it is.

As perfect as your desires.

And as you continue to breathe and to feel the power of your own wisdom and the power of your own happiness.

You continue being open to this question,

What is my heart's true desire?

Whatever emerges for you,

You can acknowledge it with gratitude.

And if the answer is not yet exactly clear,

Try to hold on to the trust that somewhere inside of you,

This wisdom is trying to express itself.

And maybe you need to continue this practice and to sit with your true desires a little longer or a little more often in order to be able to hear them.

In any case,

Acknowledge with gratitude that you've shown up for yourself today and trust that the answers are coming to you.

Take a deep breath in.

And out.

When you are ready,

You can slowly come back.

Open your eyes.

Look around.

Keep the one hand that was on your heart there and just bring the other one on top of it.

So both hands are on your heart right now.

And slightly bend your head.

Bow to yourself.

Thank yourself for taking this moment.

And thanks to the inner voices that are always there,

Ready to guide you when you take the time to listen.

This practice can be revisited anytime you need clarity or connection to your true self.

Trust that your heart knows and that your desires are a gift that you don't need to change or judge or repress.

Thank you for practicing with me and I wish you a very lovely rest of the day.

Sat Nam.
