Once you're in your comfortable spot,
However that may look and feel like for you,
I recommend closing down the lights,
Dimming them as much as possible to allow your body to relax deeper into this meditation.
When you're ready,
Closing down your eyes and just focusing on your breath now in the natural pace that your breath is flowing in.
No dulls and whistles,
Just you and your breath.
Let's take three deep conscious breaths together.
Breathing in through your nose,
Feeling your stomach expanding out all the way,
Chest rising,
Starting to lengthen your spine,
Shoulders pushing back slightly,
Holding your breath for a moment at the top there and then exhaling out nice and slow when you're ready,
Ensuring that your exhale is longer,
Smoother and slower.
This allows our nervous system to slow right down and calm our heart rates if it's elevated higher than normal,
Allowing us to ground into the moment and control our energy.
Take another two deep cleansing breaths at your own pace.
This is your time here,
There's no rush,
There's nowhere to go.
Focus on the sensations of your body as you're breathing.
What are you noticing?
So often we go through our day on autopilot,
We miss all the small details and the magnificence of our body which operates doing its own thing at its own time,
All in the background.
You may be feeling the air escaping your nostrils with every exhale or hearing and feeling your heartbeat more closely now.
All small and subtle little details but they all hold just as much power.
Continuing your breath at a pace that suits you,
Let's set the intention of this meditation together,
Repeating with your inner voice.
I am here to comfort my nervous system like I comfort a friend.
I am here to connect back into my truth and nurture my soul,
Its softness and its strength.
I am here showing up for myself to remind me of who I truly am,
Strong,
Fierce,
Empowered and pathed,
Feeling her way into the world and creating ripples of change wherever I go.
Breathing in and out.

As you breathe in and out visualising your worries appearing in front of you.
Those heavy energies that you're carrying with you,
Acknowledge them,
Give them some space and energy for just a moment.
You won't go down to the rabbit hole of detail,
You just observe our worries like an objective third party taking an outside look in.
Many times we expense more energy pushing away our worries and all of the heaviness when in fact they just want some air time,
Just like everything else,
Just like everyone else.
Allow your mind,
Body and soul to create that awareness.
Awareness of what is weighing heavy on you,
What energetic blocks are in the way.
This is your first and most sacred step to healing in mind,
Body and spirit.
When you're ready,
Once you've acknowledged what is weighing on you,
Thank yourself for the conscious and intentional awareness you have allowed yourself to create and gently and softly release your worries.
Popping them over to the side for a moment,
However that may look like for you and continuing in on your breath,
Rise in the fall.
Purifying cleansing life force energy entering into your energy field with every inhale.
As you continue your breath,
I want you to visualize your happy place.
Some of you that may not be a physical location but it may happen to be a particular person.
Being around their energy may light up your soul like nobody or nowhere else can.
The first place that popped up in your mind's eye,
Feel into it.
Bring it to life.
Ignite your senses.
What do you see at your happy place?
What can you feel?
Is there anybody there or are you in this beautiful place alone?
Allow your mind to take you to all the little details.
What can you hear here?
Any particular smells coming back to ignite your memory.
Soak it all in.
Take your time.
Smile.
Immerse yourself in this experience.
What makes this place so special?
Feel the warmth.
Feel the love wrapping around you.
I want you to remember that this feeling is always here for you to tap into.
Don't be afraid to retreat and fill your cup.
There is no weakness in retreating.
It is the ultimate act of self-love.
If we don't,
Take the time to manage our energy.
We are no good to anyone,
Especially ourselves.
Pause and break daily.
Get yourself back into alignment.
Protect your sacred energy.
Feel your purpose deep inside you and nurture it to allow it to grow into who you know you are meant to be.
To have the impact and create the change that you desire.
Allow love to flow freely from you.
