Allowing yourself the time,
The most precious gift you could offer yourself,
Others and the world is your presence.
Thanking yourself for taking the time out for this meditation to experience the joy of your own presence.
Making sure you're in a comfortable position,
Gently starting to close your eyes if you haven't already or allowing a soft eye gaze.
Feeling your feet against the ground,
Feeling the connection to the earth through your feet and focusing all your attention on your breath.
You may like to place one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly and for the next few breaths,
Really feeling with every breath in,
The expansion in your belly and with every breath out,
Feeling the contraction in your belly.
Observing the power of your breath in and out of your body.
Noticing your body starting to relax,
Noticing your mind starting to relax.
Allowing any thoughts to be there.
Allowing yourself the opportunity to become present,
To become fully present within yourself right here,
Right now in this moment.
And feeling into the power of your own presence,
That very special gift,
That priceless,
Precious gift that you can offer to yourself,
To others,
To whatever it is that you may be doing with your time,
Whatever you may be experiencing.
Imagine the sheer joy that you receive,
That others receive from your pure presence,
Your full,
Undivided attention to whatever it is you might be doing,
To whoever you might be with,
Whether that be yourself,
Whether that be a special someone or any others in your life.
Imagine giving,
Imagine receiving the gift of presence without any need for wrapping,
Without any frills,
Simply pure presence.
And the only thing it costs is your time,
Your focus,
Your energy.
Feeling into what it means to be present,
To be fully present within yourself.
And gently starting to wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes and opening your eyes when you're ready.
Taking a look around,
Noticing what you see and noticing how it feels to be fully present within yourself.
