A short talk to encourage you to acknowledge how far you've come, in your personal growth journey, to be who you are, right here, right now, in this moment. Allowing you to reflect back on the past versions of yourself and all that you've been through and the steps along the way including the baby steps, the backward steps and the hurdles in the highs and lows, the ups and downs, and the ebbs and flows of your life so far. This may support you to not only accept your current reality, it may assist you to move forward with your life.

Let's take a look at how far you've come to be the person you are today,

Right here,

Right now,

In this moment.

The invitation is to reflect on the different versions of yourself over the years,

The different parts of yourself that have evolved over time in this thing called life.

And inviting you to reflect on any past moments,

Any memories,

Without reliving at all,

But simply looking back on how far you've grown over the years internally as a person and feeling into the ups and downs of your life,

The ebbs and flows,

The good times,

The bad times,

The hard times.

All that you've been through,

Your darkest moments,

And yet here you are,

You somehow got through whatever you went through.

And looking back on all of it,

Especially those tough times,

The hurdles,

The falls,

The picking yourself up,

The bouncing back,

The growing pains,

The resilience,

The perseverance.

As you look back on your experiences and inviting you to lift one of your hands up and gently pat your shoulder,

Your back,

With your hand,

And with every pat on your back,

Feeling into and acknowledging those difficult times,

Those challenging times,

The growing pains of all those dark moments in your life,

And keep patting your back until you really acknowledge how far you've come and how every experience in your life has led you to where you are now in this moment.

Looking back on where you've been,

Looking back on how far you've come to be the version of yourself that you are today,

In this moment,

Right here,

Right now.

And ready to move forward to the next moment of your life.
