This meditation allows you to reflect on what love means to you, what makes it unconditional or conditional by tuning into your body and exploring your own level of self-love and your love for others and any conditions there such as a need to change anything about yourself or others. In each case notice what space you're coming from and whether it's from the purity of your heart and soul, or whether it's coming from a space of need, fear, or obligations, or with expectations attached to it (ego-derived).
