Relax and take some deep breaths.

Relax your whole body and get into the mood of getting close with yourself.

Relax your whole body and breathe in deeply.

And breathe out.

Breathe in as deep as you can into your whole body.

Feel it.

Come your head through your throat.

Feel your breath in your shoulders and breathe out your full arms.

Breathe in again.

And breathe through your trunk and your legs.

Until you're able to take full body breaths.

Meaning you breathe in into your whole body and breathe out through your whole body.

And while you do this,

You become aware of every little tension that's within you.

Maybe it's in your head.

Maybe you feel something in your shoulders or your arms.

You become aware of every little tension inside of you.

Maybe you feel it in your knees or maybe a little tension is hiding in your neck.

Just release.

And every time you become aware of a tension inside of you,

Consciously put the command to release it.

Release it with your breath.

And this way,

Find all the tensions that are still in your body.

Everything your body keeps holding on to.

What he keeps building up inside.

Moving on to any little feeling.

What he doesn't want to release.

But you are ready to release now.

And you breathe in and out.

And you lose that feeling.

You release it.

You want all these tensions to be released.

You want all these borders to fall apart.

You release all these tensions wherever they are.

You release every little hold through your hands,

Through your legs,

Through your head.

You feel the flow outside letting everything go.

Everything that still holds on to the body.

You release.

And you release again through your hands.

You release through your feet into the ground.

You release through your head up into space.

You release through your head,

Through your heart.

You feel how everything is pulled outside of your head into the sky,

Into the space above you.

And you become aware of the nothingness all around you.

You feel the space expanding through you in each direction.

Front of you,

Behind you,

Left and right,

Above you and below you.

Letting everything,

Everything that's inside of you,

You release all pain,

You release all despair.

You release all pictures that are saved inside of you that are no,

Of no need,

No need anymore.

Everything that you're carrying with you and you don't need anymore.

And it's time to let go all of it.

Release,

Release all of it.

And if you feel it's too heavy,

If you feel you can't let go,

Look at the heaviness,

Observe it.

Sometimes it's only needed that you become aware maybe of a memory that you still hold on to.

Just observe,

Become aware of any emotion,

Become aware of the pain that is still stored in your body.

Become aware of what it is that is still stored in your body.

And then bless it,

Bless all the pain,

Bless all the despair,

Bless the person that has done this to you,

Bless each experience.

Bless and release and after it is blessed,

You can release anything and let it go,

Let it go forever.

Bless and release.

Bless and release.

Bless and release.

Bless and release what does not give you peace.

And then dwell in the nothingness that comes afterwards.

Connect with the nothingness all around you.

You become part of this nothingness.

You become part of all the space around you.

Your borders vanish,

There's nothing.

You are this nothingness.

You become one with it.

Maybe another pain somewhere in your body just comes up and again.

Observe it,

Welcome it,

Bless it and then release it and again.

Release it and become nothingness again.

Observe,

Welcome whatever comes up,

Just watch it,

Bless it and then release it just to become nothingness again.

Maybe some pain in your body does not release.

Then be kind to yourself,

Do not push it.

Maybe something is needed to be released finally,

To release the pain once and for all.

Be kind to yourself.

Just tell yourself,

My dear,

What is it that you need to let go?

My dear,

What does it take?

Tell me my love,

What do you need to let go of this pain?

Just listen to yourself and you will know what is needed.

Maybe you just need to forgive yourself and say to yourself,

I forgive myself,

I forgive myself,

I forgive myself.

Maybe you just need to forgive a specific person,

Say,

I forgive you,

I forgive you,

I forgive you.

Maybe you just need to let go of a specific emotion connected to the pain.

I let go of all anger.

I let go of all anger.

I let go of all anger.

I let go of all hate.

I let go of all hate.

I let go of all hate.

I let go of all shame.

I let go of all shame.

I let go of all shame.

I let go of all despair.

I let go of all despair.

I let go of all despair.

I let go of all sadness.

I let go of all sadness.

I let go of all sadness.

And breathe in and breathe out.

Connect to your breath.

As it's the fuel,

It's what helps you to let go.

Breath is life.

Breath is the path to breathe out all you want to let go.

And whatever comes up.

And whatever comes up.

And whatever comes up,

Do not judge.

Just observe it.

Welcome it.

Bless it.

Release it.

And become nothingness again.

After doing this for a while,

The nothingness will take over.

You are nothing.

You become a part of the nothingness all around you.

You are the nothingness all around you.

An endless peaceful ocean of nothingness.

Pure peace.

Pure calm.

Pure thankfulness for just being.

Stay there.

I am nothing.

I surrender to the nothingness.

I am.

I am nothing.

I am.

I am the I am that I am.

You dwell in the nothingness.

You are part of it.

You are the nothingness.

And the longer you stay in that state,

The lighter you get.

You feel how your body becomes a far away feeling.

The borders of your body vanish.

You become light.

You become lighter and lighter.

As you merge with the nothingness,

You become one.

You are everywhere.

There is no end and there is no beginning.

Dwelling in this overall nothingness,

You are completely peaceful.

You are a part of the endless ocean of peace.

The endless calm.

The endless bliss.

You are part of this ocean of love and mercy.

Dwell in this state.

And you start feeling the energy that comes with it.

The energy of the intelligence and consciousness of the divine.

The energy that holds this nothingness.

The energy being the base of this nothingness.

And you realize you are also energy.

You are part of this energy.

You allow yourself to feel it.

Realize that this is who you really are.

You are not your body.

You have a body.

You inhabit it.

But you are not your body.

You are so much more.

Feel it.

Feel the energy flowing through you.

Welcome it.

You are blessed.

You are free.

You are endless.

You are eternal.

You are divine.

And now feel the bliss that comes with this realization.

Pure bliss,

Pure ecstasy flowing through you.

You are dwelling in an endless and eternal ocean of bliss.

Let the energy freely flow.

Let it flow freely.

Let it flow freely,

Surrendering totally to this energy.

Surrendering to your true self,

To your eternal existence.

Surrender to the I AM that I AM.
