Namaste.
Reawaken your dormant creativity.
Reawaken your inherent potential for creation.
Your superpower.
Welcome to Yoga Nidra.
Non-sleep deep rest.
For you I'm creating the best guided meditations.
Your guide Marcel Reaw speaking.
Prepare a peaceful spot.
Turn off notifications,
Radio,
Television and anything else that might distract you.
Then lie down comfortably.
Cushion your head and relax.
Legs slightly apart,
Arms by your sides,
Palms up.
Eyes closed.
Again reflect if you're comfortable.
As during Yoga Nidra you will give your physical body a break.
With complete stillness of movement.
Breathe gently through your nose.
Tongue softly touching the roof of your mouth.
This experience is intended for wakeful relaxation.
So when you fall asleep that is completely fine.
Whenever you realize,
Come back to my voice.
A bell will signal the end of our practice.
I will slowly guide you out then.
Let's begin with breath.
Inhale for 4 seconds.
And exhale for 5 seconds.
We are in this together.
Tuning in to your body.
Observing your body.
Feel where your body is connected to the floor.
To the mat,
To the bed.
Completely releasing and letting gravity take over.
With every inhale feel lighter.
With every exhale feel heavier and more grounded.
With every inhale lighter.
With every exhale you are grounded even more like a stone.
Inhale lighter.
Exhale even deeper sinking into the floor.
Into the mat,
Into the bed.
Before we continue let's find a seed,
A resolution,
An intention,
A wish.
Or also called sankalpa.
This seed is formulated in the present tense as if it's already true.
And it's also positive.
An example might be.
I experience unlimited creativity.
I'm experiencing effortless creativity.
I feel that creativity flows like water.
Whatever it is for you.
Feel in to your entire body.
Instead of thinking feel in to your body.
Listening in to your body.
And let your why come from your body.
Whatever it is.
It doesn't need to have anything to do with creativity.
Listening in to your body.
Take a deep inhale.
Listening in to your body.
Let it come up effortlessly.
Everything that is coming up is fine.
The only thing it has to be is in present tense and positive.
Good.
And whenever you found it.
Repeat it three times.
Great.
Imagine yourself being surrounded by four elements.
The earth beneath you.
Providing stability.
As your roots are growing in to them.
The water flowing nearby.
Symbolizing fluidity and adaptability.
And flow.
A gentle breeze representing letting go of ideas.
Coming back to the ideas that matter.
Again a sense of flow as water.
And the warm sun overhead.
Igniting your inner fire.
Your deep,
Deep fire within you.
As you visualize each element.
Allow its qualities to change your being.
To penetrate your entire whole being.
Preparing the soil of your mind for creative seeds to grow.
Preparing the leaves to shake and create a symphony as the wind breezes.
Leaving some stones in the water.
That also the water can make some noise.
Enjoying the sun as it's warming your entire being.
That is so grounded in the earth.
So completely full with water.
So completely feeling the air that the trees are also feeling.
When you hear the air passing through each and every leaf.
Just completely accepting to whatever you're creating in every moment.
Also bringing love to that moment.
And gratitude.
Understanding that focus matters.
Understanding that sometimes a door left open needs to be closed first.
Take a deep inhale.
And exhale completely,
Making your exhale longer than your inhale.
Imagine yourself being in a sanctuary,
In a temple.
You're sitting there.
And there's nothing.
Nothing there.
No other people.
Everything in this temple is for you to adore.
And suddenly you see that the door of this temple is closed.
You have the key in your hand.
Seeing the possibility of you opening this door.
And allowing everybody in to see the temple's beauty with you.
Not knowing how long you've been here.
However,
Maybe it's time to leave this place and connect to something different.
Because you seem to already know everything inside of this temple.
Every aspect.
Every turn.
Every door.
Every book.
Every little tree and big tree.
You know it in and out.
You know it year and year.
It seems to be the same.
However,
The door is closed and other people haven't seen what you have seen.
Understanding that all you need to do is unlock the door.
There will be new eyes through which you can see the temple.
Or you can even decide,
Courageous as you are,
To leave the temple behind.
The temple that you've built by your hands.
And to never come back.
Because you have it all within you.
Only sometimes the temple needs to be changed a little so it can withstand everything.
Understanding that your creative ideas,
Everything that you create,
Are a bit like the temple.
That you slowly abstract so much that you don't see the temple anymore.
You don't see the details anymore.
You don't see the trees around anymore.
It's just a building.
A building that you've built and isn't really important to you anymore.
You start to forget the beauty in creation.
You start to forget everything that was once important and interesting to you.
Loses all interest.
Because you've forgotten the beauty.
You've abstracted certain concepts you lost the ability to see.
So instead of seeing just what you abstracted,
Let's see even deeper.
Let's one more time validate if your abstractions are correct.
If this is really a temple that you've built.
Or maybe something different.
Maybe it has a completely different function.
Go ahead and walk around in this building and see what is there.
See what you're smelling.
See what you're feeling.
See exactly what it is.
Understanding that you've created this place.
That you've chosen to create this place.
Either if it's a prison or if it's the most supporting place that one can imagine.
Maybe it's a treehouse.
Maybe it's a restaurant.
Maybe it's something entirely different and only you know and see.
What kind of sounds are these things making that you've put into this place?
What kind of sounds are around this place?
What kind of sounds are in this place?
Listening in and knowing.
Now understand that it's time to leave it.
You want to go to the door and out of the door.
So take out your key.
Open the door and walk away.
To wherever you want to.
Wherever you need to.
Leaving this place that you've created behind.
Knowing that if you need to return you can.
Knowing that if you decide to never return you can.
Knowing that you need to take this place as inspiration.
Knowing that you can.
Everything is allowed.
As you're leaving this place you suddenly encounter your creative self coming towards you.
This creative self is endlessly imaginative.
Unafraid to experiment and express.
Imagine now to have one minute to have a conversation with your creative self.
As you sit down opposite from each other.
You're asking for guidance.
On how to remain open and productive creatively.
You listen to the advice given.
By this amazingly creative person.
Every answer seems to be right.
Every word carefully crafted.
Endlessly created.
You feel the need to move on right now.
Instead of waiting for much longer.
You thank your creative self.
Telling them that you need to leave right now.
And by that you're slowly coming back to your resolution that we found in the beginning of this session.
Repeating your resolution three times.
And from here slowly reconnect the exterior world.
Start to move your fingers.
Your wrists.
Your toes.
Your ankles.
Your elbows.
Your knees.
Your shoulders.
Your hips.
Your entire body.
Your head.
Stretch how your body needs to be stretched right now.
And come back to this moment.
Whenever you're ready open up your eyes.
Feeling renewed.
Creatively reawakened.
Bring your hands in front of your heart together.
Either lying or sitting.
Each moment you dedicate to this practice is a testament to your commitment.
You are encouraged to share in the comments both your breakthroughs and struggles.
Creating a ripple effect of growth and support.
Like that you are enabling me to create the best guided meditations.
Bowing down in front of you for all of your commitment and support.
Namaste.
