Nine-round breathing is a simple yet very effective breathing exercise. It will help you to channelize the winds in your body, improve your concentration, deep breathing and it feels like you traveling with your breath.

Hi everyone We will try a breathing technique called 9 round breathing It is simple yet very very effective It will help you to channelize the winds in your body improve your concentration deep breathing And it feels like you're traveling with your breath So let's take a comfortable position Your back is straight and your eyes are gently closed Take three deep breaths and relax your body I want you to imagine that inside your body starting from your left nostril there is a red color pipe which goes down till your navel Starting from your right nostril there is another blue color pipe which goes till your navel and meets the left red color pipe Now let me give you the instructions first and then we will do it together For the first three rounds we will breathe in from our left nostril With the help of your fingers close your right nostril and breathe in from your left nostril When you breathe in,

Breathe slowly and deeply Imagine your breath traveling through your red pipe starting from your throat to your heart,

Your lungs till your navel And to breathe out,

Gently breathe in from your left nostril and to breathe out,

Change your fingers close your left nostril and breathe out from your right Imagine the air going out from your blue pipe traveling your body,

Your whole body from your navel,

Your lungs and your nostril Try to breathe slowly,

Deeply and travel through your body So let's start for the first three rounds Bring your palm in front of your face Use your fingers to close the nostrils Imagine the red color pipe from your left nostril and blue color pipe from your right Let's start Breathe in from your left nostril slowly and deeply And breathe out from your right nostril slowly Let's do one more time Breathe in from your left and breathe out from your right Let's repeat one more time Breathe in from your left,

Travel your body and breathe out from your right Now let's change Let's do three times again But now we will breathe in from the right and breathe out from the left So close your left nostril and start breathing from your right nostril Imagine the blue pipe and travel down till your navel And breathe out from your left,

Exhaling slowly Let's do it two more times Breathe in from the right Breathe out from the left Breathe in from the right Breathe out from the left Now keep your hands down We will breathe in from both the nostrils But when you breathe in,

Imagine all the wonderful and positive feelings going inside you Peace,

Happiness,

Laughter,

Patience And when you breathe out,

Imagine all the anxieties,

Fear,

Sorrows going out from your body And don't worry if you want to exhale out strongly and let go of those emotions So let's start,

We will do this three times again Take a deep breath and imagine all the positive qualities going inside you And breathe out all the anxieties that you have Breathe in Breathe out And now the last time Breathe in your happiness And breathe out your anxieties Now relax and smile That brings us to our end for 9 round breathing It is easy and simple Whenever you want to calm your mind,

Quickly do a 9 round breathing Three times starting from your left Three times starting from your right And three times from both the nostrils This will surely calm your mind Thank you so much for practicing with us
