Hi,

This is Menel.

Welcome to the Ode to Your Ego,

Honoring the fullness of Who You Are meditation.

The intention of this meditation is to release any resistance that you may have towards your ego and to integrate your ego with the whole of who you are,

Invoking feelings of trust,

Respect and love.

In this meditation,

We will explore the relationship between you and your ego.

We will follow with affirmations to help you to recondition your body,

Heart,

Mind and soul,

Honor the fullness of who you are,

Which includes loving and celebrating your ego.

Society has inadvertently conditioned us to view the ego as a negative part of our person.

Ego is typically used in a condescending manner.

Ego typically represents a person exhibiting unkind,

Uncompassionate or inconsiderate behavior.

The ego's reputation occurs as when we experience resistance in the form of fear,

Guilt,

Anxiety stress,

Sadness,

Anger,

You name it.

The ego is the one that jumps in to protect us from the outside world.

This form of protection may appear to be arrogance,

Insecurity,

Offensiveness,

Defensiveness,

Victimhood to name a few.

However,

The ego is part of us for a reason.

The ego's purpose is very powerful.

The ego's purpose is to represent you,

To express for you,

To project you,

To contribute to the wholeness of you.

Once we become whole physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally and spiritually,

From the inside out the ego's role becomes integrated into the wholeness of our true self.

And the need to protect is diminished.

When we are grounded and connected to our inner power,

The ego recognizes there is no need to defend as self is grounded in the world.

Self is grounded to self.

The power is within.

For this I introduce the Ode to the Ego,

A meditation to guide you to connect with the wholeness of who you are and to celebrate your ego,

To celebrate your whole self.

Let's start with three grounding breaths.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take another deep breath in and release.

The following affirmations are designed to guide you to embrace the beauty of being human,

The beauty of being you.

Choose to listen to these affirmations and let them impact your subconscious or consciously repeat out loud or silently in your mind.

Ego this is for you.

I see you.

I feel you.

I hear you.

I apologize for every time that I have been unkind to you.

I love you.

Please forgive me beautiful ego.

I recognize that your intention is to protect me.

Together we can co-create from a place of inner power.

Let us find the power from within.

Let us work together ego.

Let us integrate body,

Heart,

Mind and soul.

Let us get grounded.

Let us be united.

I invoke my heart to guide the ego.

The ego is most powerful when led by the heart.

The heart is most inspired when guiding the ego.

Thank you ego for all that you have done.

Thank you ego for who you are.

Thank you ego for all that you do.

Thank you ego for all that you will do.

I recognize that regardless of what is external to me,

My power is within me.

I appreciate all the parts of me that contribute to my inner power.

I appreciate my body.

I appreciate my heart.

I appreciate my mind.

I appreciate my soul.

I recognize that the ego has a powerful role in my life.

Thank you ego.

I let appreciation in today.

I let peace in today.

I celebrate life today.

I celebrate myself today.

I am whole.

I am grounded.

I am love.

I am.

Enjoy these affirmations and as your day unfolds,

Hold onto these uplifting thoughts.

Feel free to return to this meditation or talk on this topic until you recondition yourself to embrace and celebrate your full humanness.

The shift may be immediate or it may take the time that is best for your highest good.

Release the concept of time and enjoy the unfolding journey.

Be compassionate as you work to recondition your mind and as these new beliefs integrate into the wholeness of who you are.

Celebrate life.

Celebrate yourself.

You are whole.

You are grounded.

You are love.

Thank you. This had a profound effect on me. The undefended ego can suddenly feel quite exhausted and I needed to rest for more than an hour after this practice before I could get up again. I trust th.os will progress well for I believe I am now in a different state.
