Unlike the nighttime version,

Which is shorter and tailored to help you fall asleep easily,

This daytime meditation allows for a deeper and more extended focus on healing your digestive system.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes gently,

Letting go of external distractions,

And turn your attention inward.

Let's begin with three grounding breaths to anchor yourself in the present moment.

With each breath,

Invite calmness and focus.

Take a deep breath in,

Envisioning a stream of fresh air reaching down to your abdomen,

Soothing and calming.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or discomfort within your digestive system.

Inhale again,

Feeling a wave of relaxation sweeping through your body.

Exhale,

Letting go of all stress,

Worries,

And any form of resistance.

Take one final deep breath in,

Filling your entire being with tranquility.

And as you exhale,

Find yourself becoming more centered,

Relaxed,

And grounded.

Now imagine the gentle,

Warm red rays of the sun caressing your abdomen.

See these rays penetrating deeply,

Reaching every part of your digestive system with their healing energy.

Visualize the red light infusing your digestive organs.

Feel its warmth nurturing your stomach,

Intestines,

Liver,

And all related areas.

Allow this healing light to soothe,

Repair,

And strengthen your digestive system.

See your entire digestive tract glowing with this vibrant red light.

Feel the comfort,

The ease,

And the natural rhythm being restored in your gut.

Immerse yourself in this healing light.

Thank you for this meditation. I have been struggling with my gut. I feel like my micro biome is off which then of course is affecting my sleep. It is a vicious cycle that of course, then causes more worry and anxiety. This is exactly what I needed this morning as I heard my gut throughout the night and woke up several times. I would love to get it back on track. I’m struggling so thank you Namaste.
