Visualize the sights,
Sounds and smells of this place,
Allowing yourself to fully immerse in its beauty and tranquility.

Shift your focus inward and become aware of your thoughts and emotions.

Don't be afraid.
Without judgment,
Simply observe them as they come and go,
Like clouds passing through the sky.
Allow yourself to let go of any worries or concerns and instead cultivate feelings of gratitude,
