Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.

Either sitting cross-legged or lying down.

Notice now how you are feeling.

How are you doing right now in this moment?

How does your body feel?

Open your body for a moment now.

Starting at your feet.

Simply noticing how your body is feeling.

Notice your feet,

Ankles,

Legs,

Hips.

Continue scanning your body,

Moving upward towards your stomach,

Your back,

Your chest,

Your sides.

Simply scan your hands,

Arms and shoulders.

Take note of your neck,

Head and face.

Where is your body the most tense?

Where is your body the most relaxed?

Notice how your body relaxes bit by bit without any effort on your part.

See how your muscles become a little bit looser,

Less tense,

Naturally.

Just because you are taking a moment to sit quietly and relax.

Without any effort or input from you,

Without even trying.

Your body becoming slightly more relaxed with each passing moment.

Now I want you to switch your focus.

What might it be like to accept your body just as it is?

What if you felt okay about your physical self?

Imagine for a few moments what that would be like.

Now I will say something.

I will say some affirmations for you.

You can repeat these if you wish or simply relax as I talk.

I want you to know that each affirmation is true even if it may not seem true for you right now.

I am perfect exactly as I am.

I am unique in my own ways.

I love myself.

I accept my body as it is.

I am whole and healthy.

I love myself.

My smile lights up the room.

My laugh is so contagious.

My positivity is magnetic.

I love myself.

I am loved.

I am kind,

Compassionate and loving.

I am amazing.

I love who I am.

I love who I am becoming.

I love myself.

Take a moment now to just relax.

Let all of the worries and tension go as you breathe slowly in and out.

Continue to breathe slowly,

Deeply,

Naturally.

When you are ready to return to your waking level of consciousness,

Slowly leave this relaxed state you are in.

Keep with you a feeling of calm while becoming more awake and alert.

Wake up your body and your mind,

Slowly moving your fingers and your toes,

Moving your arms and your legs.

Feel your muscles reawakening.

Know that you are loved.

Know that you are worthy.

Know that you are enough.

Beautiful. Please make a meditation track on Codependency and limerence. Your voice heals the depressed, calms the mind. Detachment is the key.

Very nice calming, soothing and gentle practice with relaxing voice and music. Only thing I would add is an ending sound, other than that - thanks a lot 🙏
