As we move through life, it can be easy to lose our sense of grounding – to become disconnected from the quiet tether that anchors us back to the earth and allows us to be present with what is before us. Yet it is also so easy to reconnect, once we remember. This is a gentle meditation for those moments when you feel a little ungrounded, when anxiety is present, or it feels difficult to settle into your body. You will be guided through a visualization to connect with an ancient tree in the heart of a forest, to be held by her loving embrace and ground into the wisdom of the earth. Through this practice, you’ll be reminded of the strength and capacity that resides within you, even in the moments when you forget. Take this time to breathe and come home to yourself. You are worth it.
