Just coming into this present moment,
Let your body settle,
Let your shoulders drop and come home to your breath.
We're going to spend a few moments here,
Setting your intention for this day,
This day that is all yours.
So taking a beautiful,
Deep inhale through your nose,
Filling up the belly first,
And then breathe out through the nose softly with a release.
Repeat this breath again,
Inhale and breathe out.
One more time.
Notice how your body already feels a little more open,
A little more present.
These moments are you coming back home to yourself.
Place one hand gently over your heart and feel the rhythm of your heart in the palm of your hands.
This heartbeat of yours,
This constant,
Faithful pulse,
This is your life force,
Your connection to source,
Your connection to your higher self.
It has been with you through every challenge,
Every joy,
Every milestone,
And every moment of becoming.
It is here for you now.
Feel your breath and your heartbeat working together.
You don't have to control anything,
You don't have to figure anything out.
Right now,
This is where you are,
Simply being.
Now I invite you to ask yourself gently,
With curiosity,
How do I want to feel today?
Not what do I need to do,
Achieve or fix,
But how do I want to feel?
Maybe it's calm,
Joy,
Clarity or confidence,
Or a deep sense of ease.
Whatever word or feeling arises for you,
Hold it.
Breathe into that feeling now and let it expand in your chest.
Let it soften in your face.
This is your intention.
This is the energy that you have chosen to bring into this day.
And the universe is always listening to the energy that you bring.
Now I want you to affirm this energy,
Saying silently or out loud.
Repeat these mantras after me.
I am open to receiving all that is meant for me today.
I move through this day with ease,
With love and with purpose.
I am connected.
I am guided.
I am enough.
Let those words land in your body,

Feel them as truth.
