Find a comfortable position as we begin.
Now bring your attention to your breathing.
Just breathe deeply and fully for a few moments.
Just follow your breathing.
And if you notice any areas of tension now,
Just simply breathe through this area and release without judgment.
Allowing the body and the mind to calm and relax.
Take a deep breath and bring your attention to your mind.
Let's just spend a few moments observing your thoughts.
Just observing,
No judgment.
And as many of your thoughts may be stressful,
If you practice just observing thoughts,
Then you can become detached.
This will reduce the amount of stress that you experience as a result of your thoughts.
So breathe deeply and fully and just observe your thoughts,
Allowing them to be there without judgment or interaction.
And as you observe your thoughts,
Remember,
Thoughts are just stories we tell ourselves or maybe the stories others tell us.
So take a deep breath in and remain detached from your thoughts.
Just observe them.
Allowing them to pass,
No need to stop them.
Simply observe.
Whatever your thoughts are at this time,
By just observing them and not judging them,
You'll experience less stress.
Now let's shift the attention to the body,
Observing any feelings or tension in the body that may be present.
And again just observing without judgment.
Whatever stress you are experiencing in your life right now,
Just allow it to be there in the mind and in the body,
Accepting it for what it is.
No need to try to change anything right now.
Just accepting and observing.
Take a deep breath and accept that while your stress is really there,
It's also temporary and it shall pass.
Take another breath,
Allowing your thoughts to pass.
Just allowing any situation to just be.
Take another deep breath in,
Allowing the air to relax your body and calm your mind.
Breathing deeply and fully.
And in your own time,
When you're feeling completely ready,
You can bring this meditation to an end by simply opening your eyes and taking a deep breath in.
Breathing deeply and fully.
