Take 20 minutes to go outside and connect with yourself. Bring this track with you, and I'll guide you to notice the world around you and immerse in the beauty of nature. You'll open each of your senses one-by-one, so you can open deeply to the present moment. Enjoy space to slow down tune in deeply, and experience full-body sensory awareness to be one with nature. Expect to feel refreshed and deeply connected with yourself after this. This track is intended to be used when you're outside in a forest, a garden, a field, or in any piece of nature. You might prefer to walk around, or just to stop and hang out in one area. It all works. Find a place where you feel free to be yourself. I don't recommend listening to this track indoors since it's all about noticing the nature around you.
