After a busy day, use this guided meditation to deeply unwind and let go. This track moves slowly and invites you to change gears into a slower, sweeter pace. Tune into my soothing voice and soften your whole body, piece by piece, letting all your hard work fall away into something deeper. You'll be invited to release tension in your whole being, and then to drop into rest. At the end, you'll have a choice to stay rested and go to sleep, or to stay rested but come back to life.
