Hello,

And thank you for tuning in today for some midday affirmations.

In this recording,

I'll be offering a couple of verbal affirmations for you to either repeat out loud or in your mind's eye.

And my invitation is simply that.

So,

You are invited to take what resonates with you and leave the rest.

You can change any of the words as they suit you the best.

So,

Remember that you are your greatest teacher.

To begin,

You can find a seated position or you can stand or maybe even walk around or sway as we begin to bring our awareness down into the body and start to ground into the present moment.

Let's take a big inhale through the nose and exhale,

Sigh out of your mouth.

Let's do that two more times.

Inhale through the nose and exhale,

Letting everything go.

Sigh out the mouth.

Beautiful.

One more time.

Inhale and exhale out of the mouth.

If you'd like,

You can maybe shake your hands,

Shake your head yes or no,

Wiggle out your body.

Get some of the stress out that's accumulated in the first hours of your day.

And then when you're ready,

Sensing the energy running through your body,

We'll begin with our affirmations.

I am enough.

What's come before is gone.

What's come before is gone.

The future is not here.

The future is not here.

I am in the moment.

I am in the moment.

I am in the moment.

I'm allowed to take a pause.

I'm allowed to take a pause.

I'm proud of all that I've done.

I would like to close our affirmation practice by sending love out to all beings.

Saying,

You can bring your hands up to your heart center.

And bring them now up to your third eye,

Bowing slightly forward.

Knowing that your practice is a dedication to the benefit of all beings.

And when you're ready,

Grounding back into wherever you are in this moment.
