This 3-minute Soul Soothing Session. You’ll be guided to soften your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and simply notice your breath — no need to change anything, just allowing yourself a pause. Each exhale becomes a small release, each inhale a quiet reset. Perfect at the end of the day, or anytime you need to step back and feel lighter. Music: Chris Collins, Composer

Transcript

Close your eyes,

Take a breath and let yourself rest.

Notice your shoulders.

Perhaps they've been carrying more than you realized.

Allow them to soften,

To settle a little lower.

Notice your jaw.

See if it can release even slightly.

Now notice your breath.

Noticing is enough.

You don't need to change it.

Just feel the natural rise and fall as it moves through you.

If you'd like you can allow your breath to slow but only in a way that feels easy.

Breathing in however your body breathes in.

Breathing out however your body breathes out.

Each breath a small reset.

Each exhale a gentle release.

Allow the weight of your body to be supported.

The ground is steady beneath you.

There's nothing you need to hold together in this moment.

If the thoughts are moving that's fine.

They can pass without needing your attention.

You can simply return again and again to the simple rhythm of your own breath.

Notice the quiet that comes with pausing.

The ease in being still even if it's just for a short time.

Take another moment here resting,

Softening,

Allowing yourself to simply be.

And when you choose to move back into your day see if you can carry a lighter feeling with you.

Knowing that you can return to this pause,

To this breath whenever you choose.

All you need to do is close your eyes,

Take a breath and let yourself rest.
