Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to relax.

Breathe in deeply,

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or stress that you may be carrying.

Now bring your awareness to the present moment.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath,

Anchoring you in the here and now.

With each breath,

You become more present and attuned to yourself.

Good.

Now imagine yourself in a peaceful sanctuary,

A place where you feel safe and supported.

Take a moment to visualize this place,

Noticing its comforting atmosphere,

The colors,

And the soothing sounds that surround you.

In this serene space,

I invite you to reflect on your relationships and interactions with others.

Begin by recognizing and acknowledging the patterns of toxic behaviors that you have encountered.

These toxic behaviors can manifest in various ways,

Such as manipulation,

Gaslighting,

Constant criticism,

Lack of empathy,

Or lack of accountability.

As you bring awareness to these toxic traits,

Know that you are not alone.

Many people have faced similar experiences,

And it's important to validate your own journey.

Your feelings and emotions matter.

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel any emotions that arise.

It's okay to experience anger,

Sadness,

Confusion,

Or any other emotions that may emerge.

Your emotions are valid,

And they serve as a reminder of the impact these toxic behaviors have had on your well-being.

In this moment,

I want you to recognize that these toxic behaviors are not a reflection of your worth.

You deserve to be treated with respect,

Kindness,

And love.
