Good morning,
Welcome to your morning meditation.
During this practice you are going to do some breathing exercises to relax body and mind and then gently expand the self-love you already carry in your heart.
Feel free to stretch your neck,
Arms and legs to gently wake up your body.
Start by finding a comfortable position with your palms resting on your lap or by your side.
When you are ready,
Close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Take your time to absorb the fresh air of the morning.
Notice how your body feels as you breathe slowly.
Feel your chest expanding with each deep inhale and contracting with each exhale.
Your body is relaxed and your mind is at peace.
How does it feel to start your day nourishing yourself?
Enjoy the first few hours of your day as if they are all you have.
Live every minute of your practice.
If you feel emotional during this practice,
It's fine.
Embrace each sensation.
Now invite your inner wisdom to this sacred moment.
It will be with you throughout your day protecting you and guiding every step you take.
That part of you sees you as the beautiful and perfect being that you are.
It feels the unconditional love that your heart carries.
Feel a light energy emanating from inside out.
This is your essence communicating with you in a form of pure love.
Feel that love vibrating and honoring every part of you,
Your qualities,
Your skills and flaws.
All of this is part of the divine creation that you are.
Take one more deep breath absorbing the positive energy that you are creating around you.
Now I invite you to repeat the following brief affirmations.
I welcome all my victories with an open heart.
I welcome all my failures with an open heart.
I forgive myself.
I accept myself.
I love myself unconditionally.
Deeply feel the powerful energy these affirmations carry.
Let them show you that you are recreating yourself in every moment.
You are a being full of talents that surprises the world around you,
Including yourself.
Select with the wonderful feeling of just being you.
Use each inhale and exhale to relax in this moment of love with yourself.
What would you like to say to yourself right now?
No matter what you want to achieve in life or the obstacles you have faced,
Nothing has the power to interfere with the love and admiration you have for yourself.
You deserve this unconditional love.
This is your greatest gift.
This is a force capable of setting you free.
Self love grows over time,
So it's okay if you don't feel it fully this morning.
Let go of any attachment to what you think you should be feeling now.
Just express your gratitude for every drop of love you already feel.
Let it flow and rise naturally.
You are enough,
My dear.
You are loved just the way you are.
Connect with the feeling of self appreciation and recognize the power that this quality has.
Breathe deeply once more,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Okay,
Slowly come back to the physical environment you are in and open your eyes.

You are enough and unconditionally loved.
