Namaste and welcome.

This meditation is a journey focusing on your inner peace.

You are going to understand the meaning of being connected to your true self.

I wish you a beautiful practice.

We are constantly exposed to outside influences.

These can be people or situations that usually shape the way we think,

Feel or act.

Even changes in our bodies and environment may affect our mood and sabotage our emotional stability.

When you realize that you are capable of overcoming these elements,

You get in touch with your innate qualities of peace,

Calm and tranquility.

So I invite you to get ready for this experience by finding a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and become aware of your breath.

Notice the cold air entering your nostrils as you breathe in and the warm air leaving them as you breathe out.

Just breathe and enjoy your stillness.

Naturally breathe in and out.

With each exhale release any tension in your body.

You can feel that you are less distracted and more relaxed.

You are even more relaxed now as you let silence take over your whole being.

It is a sweet silence that nourishes you and makes you feel peace,

Love and confidence.

You are safe and immersed in peace.

Continue to breathe naturally without forcing anything.

Now imagine that you are resting on the top of a beautiful mountain.

In the distance you are watching a wonderful sunset.

You are close to the clouds and you can hear the peaceful sound of the birds.

You feel a refreshing breeze touching your face.

As you see the sun melting into the clouds you can feel that you are above any external pressure.

You are the serene soul who watches everything with wisdom and detachment.

How do you feel when you watch life without reacting?

Within that space of stillness you remain absorbed in the silence of the soul.

Allow this energy to move freely within you.

You are the serene soul who watches everything with wisdom and detachment.

When you are ready start moving your fingers and toes and gently open your eyes.

See yourself slowly returning to the room you are in.

I hope you enjoyed this magical moment of freedom and recognition of your essence.
