Hi,

Dear.

Welcome to this guided meditation choosing trust.

Find a comfortable place and slowly let your eyelids get heavy until they completely close.

Feeling your eyelashes touching each other.

Feel your whole body and being relaxed.

Gently soften your facial muscles.

Let your jaw drop a little.

Keep your shoulders a break.

So often they carry life's responsibilities and burdens.

Let your back rest.

Notice your tummy moving up and down with your breathing that is getting deeper and deeper.

Find that center in your body,

A place of groundedness that is always constant no matter the ups and downs of life.

No matter the sun rising or setting.

A place that is always the same.

As you are connecting with that place in your body,

Notice how your breathing gets deeper.

How your belly doesn't arise so often.

How it softens naturally.

Take a deep breath in and as you are doing it,

Imagine breathing in trust.

Trust in yourself.

Trust in the universe.

Trust that no matter what has been thrown at you,

You have the wisdom,

The courage and resilience to deal with it just as you've done in the past.

With the next breath,

When you are breathing out,

Imagine letting go of what no longer serves you.

Letting go of fear,

Doubt,

Grief.

And now each time you are deeply breathing in and out,

Imagine breathing in trust and breathing out what needs to go.

Taking a deep breath in,

Breathing in trust and letting it go.

Letting go of what needs to go.

And another deep breath in,

Breathing in trust and letting it go.

As you are taking another deep breath in,

Hold it on the top.

Feel into that feeling when everything stops.

The space between the breaths,

Pause in action,

Pause in life,

Silence,

Peace and trust that the breath will follow.

And letting it all out.

Breathing in,

Pausing,

Letting it out.

Breathing in,

Pausing,

Letting it out.

Pausing our action can often feel so terrifying,

But when we take the time to do it,

We find peace in the midst of it.

Now as you are taking deep breaths in,

Pausing and letting it out,

Listen to the silence from right here with you.

Letting go of what needs to go.

Letting go of what needs to go.

Letting go of what needs to go.

Letting go of what needs to go.

Letting go of what needs to go.

Letting go of what needs to go.

How did the silence feel?

How does your body feel when it leans into trust?

How can you take the trust into your everyday life?

Remembering to trust the pause between the breaths.

What is your proof that no matter what you will always find a way?

Take a deep breath in and let it out.

Stay here listening to the silence or if you wish slowly come back and open your eyes.

Letting go of what needs to go.
