Take a moment to arrive.
You can perceive this either seated or lying down.
Once you're in whatever position you feel comfortable in,
Maybe closing down the eyes or keeping the eyes open if that feels better.
And if you're keeping them open,
Um,
Maybe softening the gaze and gently looking at something in front of you or in the room.
And inviting you now to take a few breaths into the body.
To spend a moment simply breathing in and noticing the quality of the breath without any urge to change it or judge it.
Simply noticing is the breath today shallow or deep?
Where can I feel the breath in the body?
And now inviting some fuller breaths into the body.
Maybe breathing in through the nose if that's available and sighing any tension out through the mouth.
Maybe repeating that cycle a few more times.
Maybe noticing how it feels to be with the breath in this way.
To connect with the breath and to invite more of that prana,
That life force energy,
Into the body using the breath and releasing anything heavy with the sigh out.
When you feel as though that's been completed or you've repeated that breath as many times as you like,
Inviting you to notice how your body feels on the surface beneath you.
And to allow the breath to move in and out of the body in whatever way feels good for you.
Taking a moment to notice whether you can connect with the body and feel the surface beneath you.
Maybe that feels hard right now and knowing that that's okay.
Simply noticing what's there today and what isn't without passing judgment.
And inviting you now to see,
Sense or feel some roots sprouting from the base of your spine.
And these roots travel down through the layers of earth,
Through the layers of rock and crystal,
Lava,
Fossils,
Traveling deeper and deeper down until they reach the core of mother ear.
And taking a moment to notice what the core of mother ear looks like for you today.
Or maybe what it feels like.
Maybe there's nothing coming up,
Knowing that that's okay,
But allowing yourself to feel into any sensations here,
Anything visual.
What does the core of the earth look like for you today?
And taking a moment to maybe wrap those roots around the core of the earth,
Knowing that you are firmly anchored on earth,
That you belong here.
Inviting in the idea that you're safe here.
And with the next few in-breaths,
Inviting some earth energy,
Some grounding energy to travel up those roots and into the body.
Noticing whether there's a shift in the energy in your body when you do this.
Noticing whether you feel any different.
Again,
Without passing judgment,
Without worrying if nothing's coming up for you.
And you might want to simply be here with that earth energy,
Breathing it in,
Inviting it in,
Welcoming it in with each in-breath for a few more moments.
Maybe focusing on the breath if the mind is busy,
Or focusing on any points where your body meets earth.
And now receiving these codes of support from the earth.
May they ground you,
May they keep you safe,
May they help you to feel more at home on this beautiful planet.
Being with these sounds,
These vibrations,
And with that grounding breath.
In-breath,
Continuing to breathe,
Allowing those codes to land.
Maybe taking a moment to thank earth energy.
Thanking her for connecting to you and supporting you today and always.
Taking a moment to thank yourself for carving out this time to tune in and receive.
Tune in and receive.
And thanking the energies of Light Language for supporting us today and for assisting in this grounding practice.
Thank you.
