My name is Carla and this is a guided meditation to help plant the seeds of remembering your dreams in the morning or good dream recall.
Get everything ready to slip away into a deep sleep.
Check everything's locked,
Get comfortable,
Switch off the lights and get into your favorite sleeping position.
Begin by becoming aware of the breath.
Feel the ebb and the flow of the stomach and chest as you breathe.
Place both of your hands over your heart and imagine that the breath is moving directly through the heart space,
Allowing this energy from the source,
From your breath,
To open your heart center.
You might see or imagine a glowing light in this space and repeat the following aloud after me.
With ease,
I will remember my dreams.
With ease,
I shall remember my dreams.
With ease,
I do remember my dreams.
With ease,

And now,
Allow yourself to gently slip into relaxation and to enter into Dreamland.
Begin by scanning the body.
Become hyper-aware of how you feel.
Feel the presence of the moving breath on the upper lip as cool or warm air.
Allow the body to relax simply by inviting in that energy of release.
Grant yourself permission to let go and to rest.
Become aware of how you feel.
No need to judge yourself.
Just simply be where you are and breathe into any of the places of tension.
Simply invite the tension to leave the body,
Granting your body permission to unwind and breathe deeply.
And if there is a tension too stubborn to leave or budge,
See if you can send compassion and simply accept its presence.
Use the breath to allow it to be.
Soften and allow yourself to float gently away into Dreamland.
Allow the music to become a trigger that sends you deep into relaxation.
