Hi my friend,

You're here and that's already something.

Just take a breath with me now,

Really slow.

In through the nose,

Gently sigh it out of the mouth.

Again,

Softly in.

Physical sensations,

Frustration,

Fear.

It's all okay,

You don't need to fix this all at once.

You don't need to even have a plan right now,

Just need to stay with me in this breath.

This is just a moment.

It might feel like forever but it's a moment and you've made it through so many moments already.

You're not failing,

You're not falling apart.

You're carrying a lot and your body is asking for some care,

Not criticism.

So see if you can let go of the need to figure everything out right now.

Let go of the pressure to be better.

All you need to do in this moment is be here with your breath,

With your body and mind and with a sense of kindness.

You are not alone in this and you are not broken.

You're in the middle of something hard but you're still here.

Let that be enough for now.

Just one more slow breath in through the nose.

And sigh it all out.

You are healing,

You're strong,

You're resilient and you are loved.
