My name is Lucy Livesey and I'm a mindfulness and meditation teacher but I'm also a bereaved mother and I have to walk this path before you and I wanted to create a selection of resources to help bring in a little bit of comfort,

Some strength,

Some balance and to help you feel less alone.

These pregnancy after loss affirmations can be listened to anytime while you are going about your everyday activities just to play these tracks in the background or maybe in the evening as you lay down to rest.

All you need to do is listen to my words and even repeat these words after I say them.
