The following technique is a breathing technique that you can use throughout your contractions.
And this technique is called the wave technique.
And what this involves is imagining the breath moving through your body like a wave.
So you imagine that the breath moves through the body like that wave beginning at your toes.
And as you breathe in,
You take that breath all the way up through your body towards the top of your head.
And as you breathe out,
You take your breath all the way down through your body towards your toes.
That wonderful wave moving up through your body and moving down through the body.
It's really important to practice this technique as often as possible as this will help you to feel calm,
Relaxed and focused.
