If you’ve been feeling lonely, disconnected, or tender with grief, this meditation offers a gentle way back to connection through slow, deep breathing and visualisation. You’ll be guided to feel your breath as a reminder of belonging — to your body, to life, and to something larger than you. The practice invites you to soften the sense of separation and return to an inner place of safety, love, and steadiness. You’ll finish by grounding back into your body with simple breath and movement, so you can re-enter your day feeling more held and at home within yourself.

Hello and welcome.

This meditation is for you if you've been feeling disconnected,

If you've been feeling lonely,

Maybe you,

Maybe you're grieving the loss of a loved one,

Maybe you're full of doubt,

Maybe you've lost connection with the belief that happiness is yours.

This meditation is for you and I invite you to take a really deep breath and hold it at the top of your lungs and push it down deep into your belly,

Deep into the recess of your body and again I invite you to visualize that breath going to all the far off,

Far off bits of your body.

I invite you to think about the oxygen being carried by your blood cells to the furthest off points of your body.

I invite you to think about that breath,

That you've inhaled that from the universe,

That you've inhaled inspiration,

That you've inhaled connection with spirit and source,

That you've inhaled the divine,

You've taken it in deeply in your breath,

Into your,

Into your body,

Into your blood,

Through osmosis and that divine inspiration is being filtered through your body,

Through your blood,

To all the far off bits of your body.

I invite you to see that this very act of inhaling,

We're bringing in the universe into our bodies.

I invite you to see that this act of breathing in air,

Spirit,

Source,

Stardust,

The miraculous food of life and is oxygen.

In the very act of breathing we're ensuring our connectivity,

Our complete oneness with the universe.

I invite you to see that any thoughts of being separate are really an illusion,

That we are one and the same,

That we are infinitesimally connected with each other,

That we are infinitely interdependent,

That none of us are separate,

That separation is an illusion,

That our beautiful bodies made of skin and flesh and space and kinetic energy,

They may make us think that we're separate but they're just ephemeral spirit homes,

Here to house our energy just for a short period,

Who knows how long,

That we are timelessly connected.

Those human forms who've been before,

All of those other human forms who exist right now in this time-space continuum and all of those who are yet to come,

That none of us are separate,

The separation is an illusion and it's this illusion that causes us pain,

That this pain comes from trying to reject something that we think we don't want or that this pain comes from trying to cover something that we think we do want but might not get and that this pain is just an illusion caused by separation or belief that we are separate and that we can relieve ourselves of that pain in any moment by remembering that we are love and that separation is an illusion,

Remembering that we can come back to love at any given time,

To that place of safety,

That is one and the same as love,

That place is within us,

That we can find a home there,

That even when we meander slightly and paddle in the pain,

We can come back at any time just by remembering,

Just by reconnecting with the divine,

By inviting the divine creator to reconnect us with that loving place,

That place that we came from,

That place that we are,

That place that is the opposite of separation.

I invite you to remember that you're a divine being,

That your soul is timeless,

As is the souls of others that have gone before,

Those that exist with us now and those that have yet to come,

That we are all infinite,

Refracted,

Particles of light,

Part of the kaleidoscope that is the divine creator,

That we all exist only because we're part of this kaleidoscope,

That our souls are infinite,

That there's no such thing as death,

Not in the way we're taught to fear it,

That we have nothing to fear,

That there is only love and that love is the place of safety within us,

The place that we can come home to,

The place that we will go to,

The place that we'll dwell in for eternity,

The place that we can find at any point in any day if we choose to connect with it,

A place that only feels elusive when we're in the illusion of separation.

I invite you to take a deep breath,

Hold it at the top of your lungs,

Shoot it down into your belly,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Breathe in through your nose,

Gently bring the awareness back to your body,

Back to your breath,

Back to the room,

Back to your heartbeat,

Back to your human form.

Remember that your beautiful human body,

That space of flesh and blood and energy and air,

It's just a beautiful human form,

One that you've been given to live in,

To enjoy,

To have fun in,

To celebrate,

To shine in.

I invite you to remember that that safe space lives within your human form.

You can come back to it at any time,

Any time you like during the day.

I invite you to come back into the room and when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

A smile,

And so it is.
