Her sessions weave devotional breath, gentle embodiment and quiet inquiry, inviting listeners to root into the body, open to the sacred and integrate the many parts of themselves while navigating everyday life. A poet, writer, mother, soul doula and professional carer, she holds space with warmth, reverence and clear, practical guidance. After decades in the corporate world in the UK and France, Lucy shifted her focus to service and healing and now resides between rural Scotland and the French Pyrenees, where an intentional closeness to mountains and rugged nature inspires her practice. Lucy's work is shaped by deep lived experience, including recovery from PMDD and addiction, which grounds her care for people moving through shame, ADHD, CPTSD and all forms of recovery. She believes simple, consistent practice can transform a day and, over time, a life. Lucy’s offers a series of gentle meditations that welcome you as you are: breathe, be met with kindness, and remember you belong. As a soul doula, she also supports compassionate end-of-life and palliative care.
