You’re invited to notice and sense what arises - whether that’s a feeling, a word, an image, or a subtle shift as you connect and develop your relationship to your own guides.

Take a moment and let awareness come to your body, Noticing the weight of being here in the present moment, Feeling held by the support beneath you and this sense that you don't have to be anywhere else right now, You don't have to get anything right in this moment. Opening up to receive, Let your breath find you here through a slow inhale and a gentle exhale, Nothing is forced and beginning to settle. As you arrive here, Setting a quiet internal intention to be open, To release expectations and to meet this experience exactly as it comes to you. When you feel ready, Begin to deepen the breath and we'll do this through inhaling for a count of 4, 3, 2, 1, Hold, 3, 2, 1 and exhale, 4, 3, 2, 1. Inhaling, Repeating this now twice more in your own time and letting each cycle draw you a little further into yourself, Further into stillness and further into presence, Creating a gentle surcharge of life force energy, Allowing this to settle your system, Letting awareness become a little clearer and when you feel ready, Bringing your attention to your heart center, See, Sense or simply know a soft white light glowing at your heart chakra, Breathing into this light and allowing it to expand slightly and sensing as this white light begins to travel downward from your heart down to your solar plexus, Continuing down through your sacral chakra and further down through your root, Letting the light continue down through the earth, Moving through layers of soil and stone, Through the minerals as it reaches the earth's core, Feeling as you connect to this, Feeling the steadiness here, The grounding, The support, Taking a few breaths here, Sinking into that, Now allowing the light to continue its journey, Moving through to the other side of the planet, Through and out as it begins to create a loop through the atmosphere, Let the light continue upwards, Past the stars, Through the moon, Through the sun, Moving up and up, Past your own star system of origin, Expanding through the wider field of the star systems and allowing this to move without effort and with awareness, Sensing as the white light begins to drop back on its descent down towards earth, Coming downwards through the other star systems, Past the light layers, Gently re-entering the atmosphere, See it as it passes through the sky and gently begins to enter the space that you are currently in, Seeing it re-enter your body through the crown of your head, Flowing down through your third eye, Through your throat and returning once again to rest at your heart chakra, Breathing into this connection and releasing and from your heart, You now begin to notice a path of green light beginning to emanate outward and this green light feels steady and supportive and calm, It is a healing light, A guiding light and this is the pathway that leads you to the Akashic records, As you follow this light, You start to notice a subtle shift in your awareness, This could be a sense of openness, An inner knowing or a feeling of arriving, A sense that you are anchoring into the Akashic field now, Allowing it to present itself in the way that feels most natural to you, For some this is a light that is spacious and present, For others it may appear as a library, A vast field of information, There is no correct way to proceed this space and however it presents itself to you is perfect, Taking another deep breath in and releasing and when you feel ready, Offering an inner intention now by declaring, I now call upon the guardians of light, Within the universal matrix of light and my own personal Akashic record guides, To be with me as I connect within, To and through the universal soul light matrix and Akashic records, Feel as this intention begins to gently take form, Acknowledging the guides who work with you and this energy of receiving through truth, Clarity and clear guidance today, Breathing into that and releasing, As you start to notice a subtle shift or awareness in the space around you, As if the field becomes a little clearer or brighter or more present, Taking a moment now to consciously connect with your Akashic guides, Noticing how you perceive their presence, You can see them visually in your mind's eye, You can feel them in your energy field, Perhaps you hear them or simply know that they are there, Allowing their energy to come a little closer now and gently inviting them into your energy, Noticing how your body responds, Perhaps you feel a lift in your field, A softening or a grounding, Allowing yourself to really sense their love and support and recognising the unique way that you sense your own team of guides, Breathing into their support and now from this connected space, You allow a question to rise, This could be a question that has been percolating for some time or a question that surprises you and has just risen today, Allowing whatever is coming up to be perfect, It could be about a life situation, A journey ahead of you, A decision, Just letting this question form gently now and when you feel ready, Offering this question to your Akashic record guide and opening up to receive their guidance and response, Noticing how you receive this Akashic information, What you feel, What you sense, Perhaps you have a flash of an image or a symbol, Some kind of thought or information just drops quickly into your mind, Opening up to however you are uniquely receiving this information and if some doubt arises about whether you're doing this right or whether you're truly connected, Just acknowledge it without judgement and realign your energy to trust and curiosity, Breathing in whatever you have received today and as you exhale, Rest into the support from your guides and whatever awareness is present for you now, Taking some time here to allow whatever else needs to come and be received, To be welcomed into your awareness now and when you feel complete, Bringing your attention back and thanking your guides for their support, Their clarity and their presence and feel their acknowledgement in return, Letting that sink into your energy and feeling this deep sense of love and support and feeling held, Taking one last moment to sense your connection to the Akashic field, Sending gratitude to the Akasha also, When you feel ready, Gently setting the intention to exit the Akashic field, Feeling gratitude in your heart for all that you experienced today, Noticing your energy, Grounding back into your body, Sensing the surface beneath you, The room around you, Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes, Taking one final steady inhale and a slow exhale and when you feel ready, Gently opening your eyes.
