This guided journey supports you to gently release self-doubt and reconnect with your natural confidence and worth. Through compassionate awareness and inner exploration, you’ll meet the part of you that holds feelings of “not enough.” With gentle curiosity, you’ll understand where it came from, what it’s been protecting you from, and how it’s ready to transform. Rather than forcing change, this meditation creates space for emotional release, allowing confidence to rise from within. A grounding practice for anyone ready to feel at ease in their own skin and embody a quiet inner strength. This meditation offers emotional support but is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support. Please listen when fully present, and pause if you feel overwhelmed. Transcript

Taking a deep breath now,

Inhaling and releasing as you rest deeply down into your body.

Feel your feet on the floor and your weight held in the chair beneath you,

Feeling supported.

Taking in a deep breath as you follow that breath down into your stomach and exhaling as you release and further relax into this moment.

Through this process today you will be working with the feeling of not being good enough,

That is creating a negative experience for you and causing you to doubt in yourself and your confidence.

As you breathe deeply into this intention notice any sensations or feelings that come up in your body now.

Is there a sensation in your body that is calling you most strongly?

Take your awareness there now and be with it.

As you feel this sensation that has come into your awareness notice how it feels.

Does it feel heavy,

Light,

Constricting?

Anything that comes up now just be with this sensation.

You are now going to ask this sensation,

How long have you been with me?

Allow time for it to respond.

This could be through a feeling,

Words,

A knowing.

However you sense this is perfect,

You don't need to force it here.

Now asking what is your role,

What do you do for me?

Do they protect you?

How so?

Allowing whatever their response is to surface.

Taking a big deep breath and release.

Asking now what was the situation or circumstance I was experiencing when you were created?

Once you have received this information take in some more big deep breaths,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Now you are going to let this sensation or part of yourself know what year it is,

How old you are.

Show them around the changes in your current life situation.

Acknowledge how they respond as you update their time reference.

Give them space to take in this new information of your present life.

Now that they have this awareness ask yourself,

When this sensation or part came to me what was it that I was unwilling to feel?

In that experience was it the feeling of rejection,

Not feeling good enough,

Unloved?

Anything at all that arises from that question,

Allow it to form in its perfect way.

When you receive what it was that you are unwilling to feel,

Give it some space.

Let it have room in your whole body.

You are supported in this,

Held through this journey.

Just for a moment allow it the space to be felt now.

It is just a feeling and feelings are meant to be felt so they can continue to move.

You don't need to hold on to it or keep it stuffed down anymore.

Allow it to come up and give it space to fill your body.

Breathe and sit with this feeling,

Only for a short time.

I'll let you be with it for the next 60 seconds,

Continuing to breathe.

Releasing whatever needs to be released.

If emotions start to arise let them flow.

Be with your experience,

Whatever it is.

Continuing to breathe,

Let your breath support you.

When you feel ready,

Taking another deep breath and releasing.

Turning your attention again to this sensation or part and asking them how they feel now.

Noticing any shifts in their awareness or demeanour.

Now ask them if you were to have a different purpose or role,

What would you like to do?

Maybe this is supporting you in feeling an inner sense of confidence,

Of worthiness or maybe it's simply to relax and play.

Whatever comes up here,

Trust that it's right for you and for the part.

Allowing this part to assume its new role or activity that supports you both in a really nurturing way.

Taking some more deep breaths and releasing.

Feel the new sensations and shifts in your body now.

Taking a big deep breath and release.

Coming back to your body,

Feeling your legs against the chair,

Your feet heavy on the ground,

Your hands,

Your arms,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Taking another big deep breath and exhaling.

And when you feel ready,

Gently opening your eyes.
