Sit comfortably and take in a couple of deep breaths to bring you into a place of peace and calmness.

Focus your awareness now on your soul star chakra 15 centimetres above your head.

With conscious awareness breathe the energy from your soul star chakra down into your auric field.

Allow it to flow in,

Through and around your physical and etheric bodies.

This energy is a beautiful golden magenta colour which you may sense in some way.

Breathe the light down through your body and out into the ground below and down into your earth star chakra 30 centimetres below the soles of your feet.

You may now sense your soul light matrix activating around you.

Breathe in that awareness and release.

Set a strong intention for your journey by declaring,

I am now ready to receive past life wisdom that will serve me and have a positive impact on my current incarnation.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Asking your divine guides now who are supporting you through this process,

Please take me to a past life that aligns with this intention,

Delivering me what I am needed from this process today.

Take a deep breath in and release as your intention forms and anchors around you.

As this happens you are going to start feeling a wheel of energy through the centre of your body.

This wheel feels almost like old film tape,

Rolling backwards and backwards and backwards.

You travel along this tape,

Along the story of your soul,

Your multiple incarnations,

Your boundless experiences.

You may see flashes of light or experiences or simply have a knowing that you are travelling backward.

As you continue to move back you start to notice the energy beginning to slow.

As this happens you look down,

Noticing the ground below you,

The environment you find yourself in,

Any smells or sounds that are present.

Are you inside or out in nature?

Take in your surrounding for a moment and notice anything that feels familiar,

Trusting as your intuition delivers exactly what you need through this process.

As you continue to acquaint with your surroundings you notice someone walking towards you in the distance.

As they come closer you recognise this person as a past life version of yourself.

Take in how they look,

What they're wearing,

How old they are,

Acknowledging how you feel in their presence.

As they come closer they greet you warmly,

They know why you're here and they are so pleased to connect with you.

They take you to sit down and settle into each other's energy.

You take a few moments to calm deeply into your body before receiving their wisdom.

When you feel ready turn to ask them,

What is one piece of wisdom you would have me know right now?

Listen and give space for their reply.

Remember this reply could come in words,

Feelings,

A sense of their answer.

Don't judge your experience and receive what they are offering you.

Now bring to mind something that may feel challenging for you right now.

It could be related to work,

Relationships,

Your abilities in some way.

Whatever may be calling you just bring it to the forefront now.

As you do you turn to your past life self again and ask,

What is one piece of advice you can offer me regarding this challenging issue now?

Again giving space to receive their response and finally when you feel ready asking them,

What is one lesson from this past life incarnation that will benefit me in my current life?

Allow them to reveal the lesson or whatever it is they want you to know.

Receiving all the understanding,

Knowing and wisdom that they are offering you now.

When you feel ready thank your past life self for the wisdom that they have shared with you today.

Take the time to embrace them,

Share your appreciation for all you have received and say goodbye to this aspect of yourself.

Take some deep calming breaths.

Now that you are ready you begin to notice you are moving forward along this wheel of energy once again.

Feeling the film strip starting to speed up as you move forward back towards your current incarnation.

As you move closer and closer towards the present you notice a beaming golden light up ahead.

This light is situated right before you enter back into the room you began in.

As you move closer and closer you begin to step into this light.

As you do you settle and feel the light radiating and warming your whole body.

This light is cleansing and clearing your energy of anything you are ready to let go of now.

You allow what you have been holding onto to melt away and dissolve under this golden energy.

As this happens the energy fills all the empty spaces with this bright loving nurturing energy integrating all the wisdom you have received today.

Give yourself some time here for this process to complete.

Once the process has come to a close you step out the other side of the light and walk slowly and gently back into your body.

As you come back into your body take some deep nourishing breaths.

Feeling your feet on the floor,

Your body resting and being supported in the chair.

Feeling your hands and your arms and grounding yourself into presence and when you feel ready opening your eyes.
