As we go throughout our day, the energy centers in the body can become off kilter. It's important to take steps on a consistent basis to align both the main chakras (heart, throat, crown etc...) and the multitude of alternate chakras (hands, feet, knees etc...) to keep our body in balance and flow. Welcome,

Everyone,

To this short,

Guided chakra balance meditation.

As we move through each day on planet Earth,

There are times when we feel misaligned,

Out of sorts.

And this is a great way to just come back into alignment,

To connect to something bigger and greater than ourselves so that our energy centers are functioning fully and completely as they are meant to be.

So I invite you to find a comfortable position.

You can be seated or lying down.

You just need to be able to let your body relax as we begin to gently close the physical eyes.

Start by taking a nice,

Deep breath in.

And then exhale slowly.

And exhale slowly.

It's time to let go of the day.

It's time to remind yourself of who you are.

I am a soul.

I am eternal.

This body is my sacred temple for now.

And I choose to honor it by bringing balance to every chakra.

When I am in balance,

I am in flow.

When I am in flow,

I am my highest self.

So let's move into that space now,

Your highest and best being state.

Let's begin in preparation.

Visualize yourself lying on a soft table,

Like a massage table.

Your energy body,

Your non-physical self,

Is gently resting on the table.

A loving spirit guide is beside you,

Wrapping you gently in energetic cloth,

Like a mummy,

Helping you absorb healing energy.

If it doesn't feel safe or comfortable to be wrapped up,

Just imagine your hands are free.

Your body is relaxed and open.

You are always safe here.

You are held,

Loved,

Supported,

And one.

We begin at the feet.

Begin to wiggle your toes.

Each toe has its own chakra.

Let each toe begin to open as the energy begins to flow.

Now,

Relax the soles of your feet.

The centers of your feet are energy portals.

Imagine those portals opening,

Pouring in love as you feel the connection to the earth.

Even if you're indoors,

You can still feel that center,

That grounded energy,

Coming in through this portal.

Begin to rock your heels gently,

Even if it's only in your mind's eye,

Activating those heel chakras.

Every step that you take opens these pathways.

Feel gratitude for your feet,

For their strength and their service.

Moving into our legs and our knees,

Bring awareness to your calves.

Point your toes like a ballerina to release the tension.

Be it mindfully or physically.

Now move on to your knees.

There is a chakra behind each knee.

Place your fingers there if you can,

Either mindfully or physically,

And breathe deeply.

With an inhale and an exhale.

We release the need to suffer the ego.

Now,

Touching your lower thighs,

Simply notice the chakra there,

Becoming aware of its presence.

You are beginning to open the full channel of energy coming in through your legs.

As we stay grounded and rooted,

Knowing we are fully supported on our journey of one.

Let's now move into your seven main energy centers,

Beginning with the root chakra,

Utilizing the color red.

At the base of your spine,

Visualize a spinning red ball of energy as it roots into your spine,

Moving up and down every vertebrae.

Take that ball of energy and mold it like soft clay into a perfect sphere.

Now place it under your tailbone.

As that energy spins all around,

We offer the affirmation,

I am grounded.

I am safe.

I am grounded.

I am safe.

Moving into your sacral chakra,

Below your belly button,

Start to visualize an orange ball.

Shape it gently with your hands in your mind's eye.

Absorb the energy of this orange sphere.

As we share the affirmation,

I am balanced in my masculine and feminine energies.

I am balanced in my masculine and feminine energies.

Let that orange energy connect to the root below and the solar plexus above.

As we move into the solar plexus chakra,

We utilize the color of yellow.

Right over top of our stomach,

See a golden sun radiating from your core,

Molding it into a glowing yellow sphere.

As we begin to absorb that energy into the stomach,

Releasing the words through affirmation,

I release fear.

I release fear.

I am confident.

I am confident.

I am light.

As we come to the heart chakra,

Utilizing the color of green at the center of your chest,

Begin to see that vibrant green energy,

The color of love and freedom,

Molding into that beautiful sphere.

As we absorb that into our heart,

Using the affirmations,

I am love.

I am love.

I am free.

I am free.

I am open to give and receive.

I am open to give and receive.

Moving to our throat chakra,

A blue-green energy.

We start to visualize that energy swirling around the throat as we work towards speaking our truth,

Pulling words inward and releasing them outward.

I speak my truth with love.

I speak my truth with love.

I listen with compassion.

I listen with compassion.

And coming into our third eye chakra,

The space between the eyebrows,

Utilizing the color of indigo and gold,

Visualize that golden-yellow indigo light as if it were a small orb hovering over the third eye.

Can you see through the prism?

Is the mind able to visualize?

How open is your third eye today?

Notice without judgment.

Is there more that can be done to see through the mind's eye,

Leaving physical eyes closed?

And now we move into our secondary chakras as we activate parts of ourself that need a little tenderness.

Begin by bringing awareness to your shoulders and your neck as you gently tilt your head from side to side.

Side to side.

Feel those hidden chakras begin to open.

Visualize your shoulder blades releasing the armor.

Let go.

You don't have to carry this all alone.

You are safe,

Guided,

And loved.

Feeling into your hands as we open and close the fingers.

Each one has its own chakra.

Begin to touch the center of your palm,

Awakening your healing gifts.

I heal with my touch.

I heal with my touch.

Now bring awareness to your ears.

Open the mind's eye.

Listen intently as we gently affirm,

I am willing to listen.

I am willing to listen.

I am open to hear beyond words.

Moving into our final integration,

As we let all of our chakras,

Main and minor,

Flow together.

Your energy body and your physical body begin to merge as we breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in.

And with that next inhale,

We affirm,

I am balanced in my body.

I am balanced in my body.

And then we breathe out.

I am balanced in my soul.

I am balanced in my soul.

Reaffirming it gently,

I am balanced in my body.

I am balanced in my soul.

I am balanced in my body.

I am balanced in my soul.

And now it's time to rise from the table,

Feeling lighter,

Brighter,

Whole,

And complete.

As we feel the integration begin to take place,

We affirm that we are our best and highest self.

I am integrating my highest self.

I am integrating my highest self.

I am integrating my highest self.

Taking one final deep breath.

As we imagine the feet hitting the ground,

Our whole body activated,

Aligned,

Feeling joyful,

Empowered,

And at peace.

Taking one final deep breath,

Inhaling in.

As we bring our palms together in front of the heart,

Connecting mind to body with spirit.

Saying thank you,

Body.

Thank you,

Spirit.

Thank you,

Life.

I am balanced.

I am whole.

I am.

Thank you,

Body.

Thank you,

Spirit.

Thank you,

Life.

I am balanced.

And as we start to open our eyes,

Begin to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Coming back into your physical spaces.

Remembering to align your chakras as often as you can.

Returning to the notion that you are a physical body,

An energy body,

And the source of all.
