Be Inspired, Finding Your Role In Life

Inspiration is the expression of who we are IN SPIRIT. It comes from within. Those moments where you feel sparked by an idea or some genius discovery pops into your mind. The truth is nothing is invented. It is inspired by the All, the Source... because we are ONE with that idea already. It existed at the spiritual level, a soul contract, a sacred scroll. An idea meant to be expressed, a desire held long before we became a physical being on Earth. In our meditation, we are going to go on a journey of spirit — to be inspired, inspired in the mind through Source, through All — taking up residence with the light of our Source, becoming one with it.

Inspiration is the expression of who we are in spirit. It comes from within. Those moments where you feel sparked by an idea, Where some genius discovery pops into your mind. The truth is that nothing is invented. It is inspired by the all, The source. Because we are one with that idea already. It existed at the spiritual level, A soul contract, A sacred scroll, An idea meant to be expressed, A desire held long before we became a physical being on earth. In our meditation we are going to go on a journey of spirit, To be inspired. Inspired in the mind, Through source, Through all, Taking up residence with the light of that source, Becoming one with it. So I invite you to get comfortable and relaxed as we get focused inward in now. Begin to relax the breath with a nice deep inhale followed by a short exhale. Feel the breath expand and then exhale quick again. An expansive moment followed by an explosive release. You can't heal what isn't felt and the engagement of that quick release reminds us of how ideas come about but how often they get dismissed quickly as fear seeps into the body and mind. But soul knows all and is guiding you to the idea. It's about leaning into soul and leaving the body behind. So let's now take a deep slow inhale and a slow and expansive exhale as we turn the body into a floating energy field. Inhale deeply then exhale slowly. And one more time, Inhale deeply and then exhale slowly. Breathing in inspiration, Becoming in spirit. And now the body begins to disappear and all you are is this beautiful loving source energy, A beautiful white light. And from that white light energy you can create clouds. So wherever you are in your mind I want you to find an image and create it from the clouds. Maybe it'll be words, Maybe an image of something you want to create, Perhaps an animal, A bird flying free, Or even a rainbow. You can see the colors as this scalar energy cloud begins to form. Whatever your mind can create, Allow it to form into those clouds and ask yourself, What am I not seeing today? Where am I holding back from belief? What vision can I receive that allows me to wonder no more and to wander into a state of being, A residence of spirit? As you speak those words you're given a wand as if you were a fairy godmother, Fairy godfather, A fairy godperson, Able to create anything you want from the source of life, The energy of all. With that wand in your hand, The spirit, What would you create? There are those who immediately think of what they would create and give to others. And what a beautiful thought that is. Thank you for going there. Others might create a sense of freedom. Others may create something in the physical, Something they want or need. Others create from a place of desire, Understanding they are here to experience, Examine, And evolve. What we desire we place in our mind, Place into the contracts of the soul, In order to give ourselves the gift of the lesson. Nothing is wrong and everything is right in the eyes of Source, Always part of the journey, Always reminding us back to our One, Back to Source. There's a beautiful cloud sweeping in right where you are, Almost as if it was a magic carpet, And you get to step on it to be one with it. The mind might create something different for each of us, But I know we all understand the idea of a magic carpet. Someone might fall through the minute they step on it, Into that magic carpet cloud. And if you feel yourself falling, Just know that energetic wings are there to lift you back up. You can come up and start again. Some might immediately enjoy the sensation and feel at peace with it, And others might be daunted by that feeling of being one with the cloud. Some may even take it and turn it into something they crafted, Like a paper airplane or a little bear. All of our minds creating through the individualized One, Because we are a unity, We are one consciously, We are one consciousness, We can have the same experience together. So let's do that now, Each of us taking a piece of that cloud and placing it as if you had a pocket, Taking a piece of Source, A piece of creation, A piece of unconditional love as we navigate back down to Earth. As we continue to float back down to Earth, Coming back through the clouds, Find yourself in a space where you have created a future. See if that thing you want gets passed by, Almost as if you could grab it with your hand. But because it's a cloud, It doesn't feel tangible. And this is where fear takes over. And that's where we must go back to inspiration, To be in Spirit. You hold the future in your hands. That intangible cloud, It's waiting to be formed physically by you. It's about filling those spaces with love and joy and feeling you're a part of something without seeing it, Without knowing it. We all have the ability to create our dreams, Desires, And goals when we let go of fear and learn to trust. So let's fill that space with joy. Fill it with a feeling, An emotion, Something you didn't even know was possible as you're watching it and thinking about it. It's not impossible. The word becomes, I'm possible, A reminder that everything is available when we match trust, Faith, With belief. I'm possible. Nothing is impossible if you're seeing it, If you're holding the vision and it's bringing you joy, Peace, Abundance, Love, Then it is there for you. It is for you to find, To experience, To enjoy, To have it in this physical life because you can create it through the mind. And what you see may be. What you see may be. Maybe now take away that fear. Take away that impossible and shift back into I'm possible. See that vision in your mind. Experience it as if it were happening right here, Right now. You are being what you say you want to create. Can you feel the joy rising up inside of you? Can you laugh? Can you love? Can you be happy even without it being here physically, Just by seeing it, Just by experiencing it in your mind? Can you allow that feeling to rise up inside of you? This is what creates these feelings, These emotions, This experience. What starts in the mind is mine. What starts in the mind is mine. When you match faith and trust with belief, Everything is possible because you are I am. Anything holding you back, Keeping you stuck is the human part of our mind. It's the ego, The way of fear. There's fear here. We feel it. We know it's impossible to believe, But remember, I'm possible. It's calling you. It's asking you to believe what you see is possible. In belief, The whole vision becomes clear. You see yourself in a new light, In a new place, With a new role, A new job, A new love, A new child. These are things you forgot. But it's right here, Asking you to believe. Go back to that state of being we found before, The joy we felt inside of our spaces, The gratitude and appreciation of what's yet to come. All of those possibilities unfolding before your eyes, Like dancers, Ballerinas, Painters and poets, Business owners, Parents, All glimpses of future nows. See those things dancing around in your mind and repeat the mantra, I am, I am, I am. I am those beautiful things I just have to believe in order to receive. Maybe tonight you saw them and it filled you with joy and inspiration. And maybe it's so hard to believe, But that's okay too, You'll get there. Always returning to the feelings and emotions. That is the receptivity needed to access divine source, The field of possibilities and potentials for your life on earth. Remember, You are in spirit when you are feeling inspired. You are connecting to the divine source that has all the information of what you asked to create the moment you took your first breath on earth. What did you bring with you? Go back to your pocket that we took from the clouds. The clouds representing our divine contracts, The sacred scrolls of our desires. Begin to unfold it. Look it over again. I'm ready to achieve and now is where I begin. Any now, Any moment, You can come back to love. Return to the notion of a soul being human with access to everything within the mind of all. I am receiving downloads of source. My dreams, Goals, Desires all exist in spirit. Inspiration. Inspiration that is your dream, Your goal, Your intention, Waiting for you to align to belief and that is the journey that we are taking every day to continue to climb the ladder of consciousness into the clouds to discover source as one. I invite you to come back into your space, Taking your hands to your heart, Breathing in that deep, Deep, Deep loving energy of all and then releasing with love, Expecting your dreams to show up, Knowing it's been created at the level of our spirit.
