Find a comfortable seat,

When you find that comfortable seat,
Begin to deepen your inhale and extend your exhale.
Allowing each inhale to lengthen the spine and each exhale to settle the body.
Call to mind a colour that you find soothing.
A colour that evokes a sense of relaxation.
Vividly imagine this colour.
Imagine it as a vibrant ball of relaxing energy that rests in the centre of your chest.
Notice this colour and feel it gently expanding with each inhale,
Relaxing the centre of the chest.
Inhale to gather this colour.
And on your exhale,
Send it down the right arm from the shoulder to the elbow to all five fingers.
Again,
Inhaling to gather this relaxing colour.
And exhale,
Send it down the right arm,
Shoulder,
Elbow,
Fingers.
Inhale again to gather this relaxing energy.
Now sending it down the left arm,
Shoulder,
Elbow,
All five fingers.
Inhale to gather this colour.
And exhale,
Send it down the left arm,
Shoulder,

Inhale to gather this colour.
Now sending it down the right leg,
Hip,
Knee,
Ankle,
Foot.
Inhale to gather this colour.
And send it down the right leg,

Inhale to gather the sense of relaxing energy.
Send the colour now down the left leg.
Hip,

Ankle,

Inhale to gather the colour.
And exhale down the left leg.

Inhale to gather this relaxing energy.
Sending it down the torso from the chest to the ribs to the belly.
Inhale to gather.
Exhale down the torso,
Chest,
Ribs,
Belly.
Inhale to gather this colour.
Sending it from the top of the head through the face,
Forehead,
Cheeks,
Lips,
And chin.
Inhale to gather.
Feeling the colour soften the top of the head to the forehead,
Cheeks,
Lips,
And chin.
Inhale to gather this colour.
Sending it now through the entire body from the top of the head through the face to the shoulders,
Down both arms to the fingers,
Down the torso from the chest to the hips,
And down both legs all the way to the toes.
Feeling each inhale gathering this colour.
And exhale sending it throughout the body,
Allowing a sense of relaxation to permeate throughout the body.
Feeling each inhale to gather and each exhale to release.
One last deep inhale,
Filling up with colour and exhale releasing it all the way through the body,
Creating a sense of relaxation and calm.
Gently return your attention to the space around the chest.
Feeling any sensations of this colour resting here,
Allowing this energy to relax.
Gently bringing your attention again back to the breath.

Slow deep inhale through the nose and then open your mouth and exhale through the mouth.
Either resting here or when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes,
