I just wanted to create a quick positive reminder video for you.
Something that
You can listen to in the morning if you are feeling as though you're a bit
Overwhelmed,
Feeling as though you need a little positive reminder to start your
Day.
And so I just wanted to say remember that everyone has a bad day.
Every now
And then no one can be positive all the time.
No one can feel happiness every
Single day and all day long.
There comes some times when we need to allow
Ourselves to recharge for a moment.
We have to let go of the stress and the
Pressure and the negativity and tension and give ourselves a moment to feel calm
And remind ourselves that we have got through so many things in our lives.
When
You think of all of the moments that you genuinely thought I don't know how I
Will get through this,
All of the times that you have struggled,
All of the times
That you have questioned how you would ever feel better and you look at your
Life now and realize that you have got through each and every one of those
Times.
You have made it through.
You have got to this point because every single
Time you found yourself in those moments of self-doubt,
In those moments full of
Overwhelm,
You have picked yourself up and you have helped yourself to get
Through.
You have been there for yourself and you are there for yourself right now
And you must remind yourself in this moment that this time will pass.
As hard
As things may be right now,
You will get through this and you must know that
Everything will be okay.
You are strong enough to get through this and you have
Proved that to yourself time and time again.
So any of these thoughts that are
Making you feel as though you can't get through this,
I want you to completely
Let go of them.
Replace those negative thoughts with positive words and
Positive reminders.
Remind yourself how strong you are,
That you will get through
This.
Everything will be okay.
Everything will be okay in the end.
You will be okay
And you will get through this okay?
