Hey,

If you are having a stressful day right now,

Then you have come to the right place.

This is a moment for you to release any negative feelings,

Let go of your worries and stress and just relax for a moment.

I have also created this in a sleep soft spoken version as well.

So if you are looking to fall asleep,

Then you will also find the sleep version of this on my account.

But anyway,

I understand that it can sometimes feel as though you are on a rollercoaster with so many ups and downs and unexpected turns.

It's no surprise that you will go through some stressful times where it can feel like you will not overcome these moments.

But it is important for you to know that you will get through these hard times.

Think about it,

You have got through everything that you thought in the past that you could not get through.

You have managed to get through,

To get to this point no matter how stressful times have been before,

You have got through it and so you know that you will get through these times as well.

So right now,

I want to just replace any negativity in your mind with some positivity.

So take some time for yourself,

Find somewhere quiet,

Make sure that you are comfortable and to begin with just take five deep relaxing breaths,

Releasing any anxiety with every exhale.

So I will give you a moment,

Just breathing deeply and releasing your anxiety.

Okay,

I'm going to be repeating some affirmations and I want you to repeat them.

After me,

I will release my worries.

As I relax and slow my breathing,

My worries flow out.

I am safe and under no threats from the world.

There are no obstacles that I cannot overcome.

As I breathe,

All of my muscles relax.

This is evaporating from my mind and body.

I'm free from anxiety.

With every air that I exhale,

I release tension.

I will overcome any stressful situation.

I am calm,

I am relaxed.

Remember that it is important for you to take moments like this whenever you are having a stressful day.

You are allowed to relax,

You are allowed to let go of your stress and it is important for you to do so.

So I hope that these positive affirmations could help you to feel a little bit relaxed.

Remember that you can return here whenever you feel like you need a moment in your day.

And as you go on with your day today,

Just remember that you are calm,

You are relaxed and that you will overcome any stressful situations that come your way.

You have got this,

I believe in you.
