This is a deep breathing meditation for full relaxation.
Perfect for stressful days when you need a moment to just reset your mind and feel calm.
So to begin,
Make sure that you are in a comfortable position,
Somewhere that you will not be disturbed.
And I want you to just begin observing your breath without trying to change anything.
Just noticing the sensations within your body with each breath.
With each breath,
Observing the rise and fall in your chest and stomach.
You don't need to be in control right now.
You can just gently notice the rhythm of your breath.
As you are bringing your awareness to your breathing,
You will start to feel more relaxed.
As though with every breath,
You are bringing a deep relaxation into your body.
And with every breath out,
You are letting go of anything that felt heavy on you today.
Any stress or anxiety,
You are just simply letting it go with every exhale.
Notice this relaxing feeling without becoming sleepy.
Staying in this present moment,
Just deeply calm and peaceful.
Seeing the sensations as you breathe in and out.
Your thoughts are dissolving away,
Allowing you to just be in this moment.
Any thoughts that do occur,
Just bring your focus back to your breathing and allow any thoughts to just fade away as you relax deeper.
I want to give you a moment now to just observe your breath.
Any time that your mind begins to wander,
Just bring it back to the sensation of breathing.
Noticing the sensation as you breathe in and out.
I want to give you a moment now to just observe your breath.
Bring your mind back to your breathing,
Feeling peaceful within your mind and body.
Centre your mind,
Feeling calm.
Okay,
You can gently begin to bring your awareness back now.
Back to yourself,
The room around you.
Notice how light you feel after this meditation,
As though a weight has been lifted from your shoulders.
This meditation is perfect for when you need a break or some time to rest.
You can fully relax in this moment and refocus your mind,
Letting go of any stress and just feeling peaceful in this moment.
So I hope that this meditation has helped you and remember that you can return here whenever you need a moment to relax.
So I hope that you have a great rest of your day.
Bye.
