Hello and welcome to this crystal meditation for calm.
I'm Ashley Leavy of the Love and Light School of Crystal Therapy.
And today we're going to be doing a meditation with crystals to help create more calm and serenity in our mind spaces.
So I'd like to invite you to take just a moment to grab two of your favorite crystals,
Crystals that make you feel really calm and at peace.
I'll be working with a beautiful Lepidolite Tumbled Stone and a piece of Pink Amethyst.
But you can work with whatever crystals inspire you to that place of serenity and stillness within.
I'd also like to invite you to take a moment to light a stick of incense and bring this fragrance into your space.
Signaling your mind that it's time to reflect on a state of peace.
And take a deep breath in and exhale.
And take a moment to pick up your crystals,
One in each hand.
Close your eyes and get into a place of stillness.
Focusing on your heart chakra,
The very center of your energy field.
Take another deep breath in.
And as you listen to the chime of this bell,
Let all thoughts slowly leave your mind.
Feel the energy of the crystals begin to warm up in the palms of your hands.
Very gently pulsing at the same rhythm as the beating of your heart.
And feel the energy growing and expanding outward down to your fingertips,
Up through your wrists,
Your elbows.
All the way up to your shoulders,
Into your neck,
Your face,
The back of your head,
Up to the crown of your head.
Down your torso,
Through your belly,
Down your back,
Down to your waist and your hips,
Your pelvis.
Down the fronts and backs of your legs to your knees,
Down your shins and your calves,
To the heel of the foot,
Ball of the foot.
To the very tips of your toes.
Breathe this energy in deeply.
And exhale.
Allowing the calm,
Soothing energy of your crystals to fill your physical body.
Feeling your body gently pulse at the same slow rhythm as your heartbeat.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
And feel yourself being grounded,
Connected to the Earth's energy and allowing any excess thoughts or energies to slowly leave your mind.
Allowing any energies that aren't serving you to move down through that grounding cord,
Connected from your base chakra to the Earth.
Feeling this energy slowly leave you,
Unburdening yourself,
Enlightening the energy of your aura.
And feel the area at the top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
Begin to slowly open up and connect with universal energy.
And feel any excess thoughts,
Worries,
Concerns,
Anxieties,
Stresses,
Fears.
Begin to leave your body and your aura through this opening at your crown chakra.
Feel them being gently pulled out of your body,
Gently extracted and moving into the universe,
Into universal source.
Where they move into a bright white light,
Where they can be transmuted and dissolved back into positive energy,
Energy that's for your highest good.
And feel your attention return to the place of your heart chakra.
And take a moment to place one or both of your crystals over the area of your heart,
Holding them in place with your hands.
Placing your other crystal,
If you have one extra,
Right in front of you on the floor.
And breathe deeply here.
Allowing your heart center to fill with the calm,
Peaceful,
Stable energy of your crystal.
And just breathing here at whatever pace is comfortable for you.
Taking a few deep breaths in and exhaling.
Feeling yourself return to center.
Feeling yourself find your own inner calm.
When you feel ready,
You can once again pick up your other crystal,
Holding them in your hands,
Just down at your sides or resting the backs of your hands comfortably on the tops of your thighs.
Feeling the weight of your crystals in your palms,
Grounding you again into your body.
Feeling yourself become relaxed,
Comforted,
And nurtured by the energy of your crystals.
And feeling gratitude,
Pulsing from your heart chakra down each of your arms,
Down into your hands.
Sending this gratitude energy straight from your heart to your stones.
Taking a moment here to pause and thank your crystals for assisting you in finding that place of inner calm.
When you feel ready,
You can set your crystals down in front of you.
Slowly stretch your arms,
Wiggle your fingers,
Begin to wiggle your toes.
And when you feel ready,
Gently and slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment.
