Hi,

This is Waratah from Love Life Heal.

I'm going to be taking you through a meditation,

A guided visualization.

We'll be working through each of the energy centers,

Each of the chakras,

Through the body and relating each part or each chakra to an aspect of our lives,

For healing,

For peace,

For acceptance,

Appreciation and joy.

So we'll be going through each of the energy centers from the base right through to the upper and as we do so we'll be creating a horizontal disk of clearing,

Cleansing,

Healing energy spiraling out from the very center of the body and slowly moving out and as we do so just acknowledging whatever it is that rests,

Resides in that space for you.

So to begin with finding yourself comfortably sitting.

Finding a posture where you can have the spine elongated,

The knees relaxed,

The abdomen soft,

The chest open without creating any hardness through your chest,

Through your shoulders.

The chest is lifted and open.

There's length through the back of your neck,

Right through to the crown of your head.

Allowing for your face to soften,

The eyes to quieten behind your eyelids,

The jaws to release,

For the tongue to release,

The walls of the throat to soften,

The eyebrow center to soften.

Your chest and your belly is relaxed.

Feeling the breath within your body and as we breathe ideally we're breathing through the nose as you inhale feeling the lungs from the lower through to the upper and as you empty the lungs as you exhale releasing the breath from the upper lungs down through to the lower.

Just taking a few breaths here,

Allowing for the body to settle,

The breath to settle and the mind to become present within your body.

So you observe your seated posture,

You observe your breath,

You observe the softness to the skin of your face and of your whole body and then begin to bring your awareness right down to the very base of your spine.

So these energy centers rest halfway between the front and the back of the body,

The energy centers otherwise sometimes known as chakras.

Bringing your awareness right to the base of your spine.

So the base of the spine,

The base chakra is to do with our very base needs,

Food,

Shelter.

So as you bring your awareness to that energy center,

It's becoming present to what rests in that space for you around your housing,

Around your home,

You acknowledge what's there.

It's beginning to create a spiral of energy on the horizontal plane,

Spiraling outwards,

We're not denying anything that does rest there.

We're also sending out acceptance,

Appreciation,

Healing,

Love,

Joy.

And then we can also bring to mind our diet,

Our foods that we're eating,

That sense of appreciation.

Maybe there's something else that rests there for you.

Sometimes there can be a negative emotion around our diet,

Just as there can be around our home.

Just acknowledge if there's,

Maybe there's shame,

Maybe there's a sense that we'd like to be more proactive in these areas of life.

So whatever it is that rests there without getting hard and harsh on yourself,

Just acknowledging what is there.

We can always reframe the negative into a more positive light.

Spiraling outwards,

Creating a sense of appreciation,

Of acknowledgement,

Of health,

Of healing.

This energy center is also to do with our connection to the earth.

So just feeling that connection through the base of your spine to the earth below.

Our second energy center,

Just below the navel,

So again,

Halfway between the front and the back of the body,

Is to do with sex,

Money,

And power.

Again,

Just noticing,

Just acknowledging,

Just in me speaking those words,

What comes up for you,

Just acknowledge that,

Allow it to be there.

And then slowly spiraling from that center outward,

Spiraling out,

Creating a space of peace,

Of love,

Of healing,

Of appreciation,

Of acceptance.

Third energy center,

At our solar plexus,

How we put ourselves out into the world,

How we're seen,

How we allow ourselves to be seen.

And again,

Just acknowledge what rests there for you.

Acknowledgement,

Acceptance,

Appreciation,

Healing,

Love,

Joy,

Peace.

To the fourth energy center,

At the center of your chest,

To do with love,

How we're loved,

How we love,

Who we love,

Who loves us.

Again,

Just acknowledging what's there in that space for you.

Appreciating,

Accepting,

And spiraling out,

Creating healing,

Connecting with joy,

With love.

The fifth energy center,

At your throat,

To do with our communication.

And we communicate through our words,

But we also communicate through so many other means.

The clothes that we wear,

Our facial expressions,

The way we move,

The way we dance,

The way we walk,

All of these things that creatively express who you are to the world,

How you communicate you.

It could even be your hairstyle.

So just acknowledging what's in this space,

And then slowly spiraling out,

The sense of acknowledgement,

Of appreciation,

Of acceptance,

Of love,

Of joy.

They may also be healing,

Just spiraling that energy outward from the center,

On that horizontal plane.

Moving up to the sixth energy center,

At your third eye.

So again,

Halfway between the front and the back of the body.

This is where your power of observation is.

Even to be able to listen to these words and observe through your body.

It's from this part of your mind that can observe,

That is aware,

Aware of so much more than even just you.

To do with your intellect,

The way you think,

The way you process.

So again,

Just acknowledging what is there,

And slowly spiraling outward,

With appreciation,

Acceptance,

With peace,

With love,

With healing.

Right at the crown of your head,

Very top of your head,

You connect with a larger energy,

A collective energy,

For whatever name or concept you hold within that.

It's where you connect with something bigger than you.

It might be universal energy,

It might be spiritual energy,

It might be God,

It might be Krishna.

Whatever that is for you,

That sense of connecting with a bigger,

Broader consciousness.

So again,

Just acknowledging what's there firstly,

And then spiraling at the top of your head,

With appreciation,

Acceptance,

Love,

Peace,

Joy,

Healing.

And there's an eighth energy center,

It sits a foot and a half or so above your head.

And this is like a,

I think of it almost like a guardian angel or a guiding light.

It's feeling enveloping the whole of you,

Almost like a teardrop shape,

From this point above.

Holding you in safety,

Surrounding you in love,

In light,

In peace,

In protection.

And just sitting for a moment,

Allowing yourself to be bathed in that light,

In that love,

In that appreciation from above.

And then again,

Bringing your awareness to the crown of your head,

To your throat,

To the center chest,

To your solar plexus,

To that point just below the navel,

To the base,

And connecting back to the earth.

And as you're ready,

Allowing your practice to come to a close.

Might draw your hands into prayer in front of your heart center.

Gently bowing your head,

Acknowledging the end of your practice.

And as you're ready,

You raise your head and gently open your eyes,

Looking out from deep within.

Thank you.
