Welcome to this love elevate meditation.
Find a comfortable seat.
You can be on a chair with both feet down or cross-legged or even using a pillow or bolster under your seat to elevate your hips and lower your knees down.
Connect to your breath slowly,
Gently.
Inhale through your nose,
Down the way through your throat,
Chest,
Belly,
Pelvis.
And exhale through your mouth slowly.
Do that few times until you feel more at ease in your body and in your mind.
Feel the connection of your sitting bones on the surface you're sitting.
The spine is long,
The crown of your head is up towards the stars.
You feel spacious yet grounded.
Roll your shoulders up,
Back and down,
Creating more space in your chest and your ribcage to breathe deeply,
To inflate your lungs.
And imagine your diaphragm like a jellyfish,
Floating up and down with every breath.
This meditation is about the love to elevate you and others around you.
And love starts with self-love.
How do you feel about yourself from the inside out?
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly through the mouth,
Finding more and more ease.
And if you start feeling like your thoughts are wandering,
Let them be.
No need to fight.
That's the job of the mind to think.
Notice that you're thinking.
Let it rise,
Let it be and let it go.
If you feel your spine or your shoulders are rounding or collapsing,
Do another shoulder roll to find again more space to breathe.
How we feel about ourselves matter.
To really,
Fully,
Mindfully connect to your heart,
To your feeling inside,
Will change how you see yourself,
How you perceive yourself.
I invite you during this meditation to think about one thing that is not physical,
That you love about yourself.
Something you may be good at.
Inhale deeply,
This feeling,
This sensation and exhale out something that doesn't serve you.
Maybe the destructive thoughts that you have,
Let it go through an open mouth,
Creating more space for beautiful thoughts to rise in your mind.
Keep this connection with your breath,
Your body and your heart.
Oftentimes,
The thoughts we have towards ourselves are quite harsh,
But how can we change that?
How can we be more proud of what we do or who we are?
Because you are good inside.
I know it,
You know it.
Deep breath,
LSD breath,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath and even if we have people around us sometimes struggling,
Remember,
They are good inside.
They are going through a rough path sometimes,
But they are good inside.
Keep breathing,
Slowly,
Gently.
When we find more space for love,
We will feel this elevation and we will also want to help others to do the same and sometimes just by giving them more love,
Without pushing,
Without trying,
Just by being,
That we succeed at doing so.
Because we are all energy,
The energy we create attract the same energy.
So if we spread more love in this world,
This will have a ripple effect.
So let's be generous,
Let's fill our own cup and then we can share.
I invite you to use this little mantra every time you notice that you have self-destructive thoughts.
I am,
You inhale,
And when you exhale,
Love.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Worthy.
And keep doing this little mantra over and over and you can even add something else,
Some things that you want to feel throughout your day,
Throughout your week.
It doesn't have to be hard to be effective.
Find joy in simplicity and even though sometimes we think we don't have the time or we are not good at meditating,
Meditation is always accessible to you,
Just like your breath.
So if you can combine a deep,
Mindful reading exercise with a very easy mantra that can change the course of your day for the better.
Let's take three more full deep breaths.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Sigh it out.
Two more like that.
Inhale through your nose and let it go through an open mouth.
Last one.
Inhale deeply and softly exhale.
I hope this meditation brings you more love to elevate you.
Have a great day.
