I invite you to close your eyes,

Make yourself comfortable,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And open mouth exhale,

Let it go with a sigh,

Letting go of any tension or stress in your body.

And let's do that again.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feel your belly rise and expand,

And then open mouth exhale,

Let it go with a sigh,

Release any tension or worry or thoughts from your mind and from your body.

And one more time,

Deep breath in,

And take a deep breath out.

I want you to imagine a wave of relaxation washing over your body from head to toe,

Feeling completely relaxed in your shoulders and down to your arms,

All the way to your fingertips,

Feeling softer and relaxed in your chest,

In your back,

Feeling soft and relaxed and let go in your belly.

Feel the wave of relaxation hit your hips,

Wash down over your thighs,

Your calves,

And over the tops and bottoms of your feet,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

Allow yourself to simply relax.

Every breath brings you into a deeper state of relaxation where there's nothing that you need to do except listen to the sound of my voice.

Your mind knows what to do.

Allow it to give you the images that will most serve your growth.

Continue to breathe,

And with every breath allow yourself to sink deeper.

Do you notice how good it feels when you just allow yourself to let go?

Can you relax deeper?

Can you find any remaining tension in your body and let it go with your breath?

Breathe in peace and calm,

And exhale any worries or stress.

Every inhalation breathes more calm into your body,

And every exhalation lets go of any remaining stress.

Continue to breathe,

And now I want you to imagine that you are standing on top of a staircase.

What does the staircase look like?

Whatever image you see is perfect for you.

Take a moment to notice the shape,

The color,

The size,

The material,

And see yourself standing at the top of this staircase.

In a moment I'm going to count down from ten to one,

And with every number you'll take a step down the staircase,

And with every number you'll relax ten times deeper,

One hundred times deeper.

So see yourself at the top of the staircase as I say the number ten,

And now take a step down as I say the number nine.

Take another step down as I say the number eight,

Sinking deeper into relaxation as you step down to seven,

Sinking deeper into relaxation as you step down to six and step down to five.

Drift deeper,

Sink deeper,

Stepping down to four,

Going deeper as you step down to three,

Sinking deeper as you step down to two,

And feeling entirely and completely relaxed as you step down to one.

And at the bottom of the staircase,

See yourself standing in front of a beautiful and magnificent door.

What does this door look like?

What is its color?

What is its shape?

Notice the door handle.

Notice that there's a hole for a key,

And as you take in this scene,

You realize that you have the key hanging on a cord around your neck.

Notice the key.

What does it look like?

Feel the key in your hand.

What does it feel like?

And then you're going to reach out,

Put the key into the keyhole,

Unlock the door,

Open the door,

And you're magically transported into your future life.

See yourself step through the door,

Arriving into your dream home.

Pause there for a moment.

What does your dream home look like?

How does it feel standing in your dream home?

Look down at your feet.

What type of shoes are you wearing?

Pause for a moment and take off your shoes.

Notice if you're wearing socks,

And if you're wearing socks,

Take off your socks.

Allow yourself to stand barefoot in your dream home.

What does it feel like underneath your feet?

Is it soft,

Warm carpet or rug,

Or cool tile or wood?

What does it feel like underneath your feet,

Standing in your dream home?

And now you're going to take some time to walk through your home and explore.

What are the sights that you see as you walk through your home?

Does your home feel warm and expansive,

Or warm like a nest?

Is it filled with light?

Is it dark and cozy?

Whatever image you see is absolutely right for you.

See yourself walk into the master bedroom.

What does your master bedroom look like?

What does it feel like being in this room?

This room was crafted perfectly for you.

Take a moment to look around the room,

To reach out and touch things,

To hold some of your prized possessions in your hands,

And now leave your bedroom,

Walk through your house again,

And this time you're going to walk into the living room where you'll have a seat in your favorite chair.

What does it feel like seated in your favorite chair?

Notice the color and the texture of the chair.

Look around the room,

What can you see from your vantage point in this chair,

And just notice how good it feels to sit.

Notice how good you feel seated in your dream home,

And in this moment,

Repeat after me,

I am grateful for all of the blessings in my life,

And allow these words to permeate every single cell of your body.

I am grateful for every single aspect of my life.

You deserve and desire to have everything that your heart desires.

Feel the truth of these words in every cell of your body,

And now stand up and walk to the kitchen.

Continue to notice what your dream house looks like,

What does it feel like walking across the floor,

And as you arrive into your kitchen,

What does it look like?

What color are the cabinets?

What material are the counters?

What does it feel like being in this kitchen that you love and adore?

Fill up a glass with water and have a drink.

Feel the cool,

Refreshing liquid washing down the back of your throat.

When all of a sudden you hear a noise at the door,

It's your soulmate,

They've just arrived home.

Walk out of the kitchen,

Through your home,

Back to the front door,

And embrace your partner.

What does it feel like holding your partner in your arms?

Feel the beating of your hearts in your chest,

And notice how good it feels to be with this person.

You feel so safe,

You feel so supported,

You feel so loved.

In this moment,

Feel gratitude for this human being that you have manifested into your life,

And repeat after me a new affirmation that will now be your truth,

It is safe for me to receive everything my heart desires and more.

It is safe for me to receive everything my heart desires and more.

And one more time,

It is safe for me to receive everything my heart desires and more.

Let these words become your new truth.

Release the embrace of your soulmate.

Walk back through your living room.

Have a seat in your favorite chair,

And feel a wave of relaxation and peace wash over your body,

Knowing that you deserve to have everything you desire,

That this vision of your dream home is more than just a vision,

It is your new truth,

It is inevitable,

It is 100% going to manifest in your life.

Continue to breathe nice,

Slow,

Deep inhalations and exhalations,

Taking in the energy of your dream home,

Allowing yourself a few more moments to be here,

To experience this new reality.

And now you'll stand up,

You'll walk out of the room,

You'll return to the front door,

Put your shoes back on your feet,

But then turn around and look again once more into your dream home,

Taking in every single thing that you see,

Memorizing every single detail,

Knowing that this will soon be yours.

And as you walk out your front door and close the door of your dream home behind you,

Pause for a moment,

Allow this vision to permeate every single cell of your body,

And from this moment forward,

Whenever you walk through a door,

You'll close your eyes and picture walking through the door of your dream home,

Bringing this vision with you into many moments of your days,

Consciously creating whatever it is that you desire,

Because your desires are sacred,

And you are meant to manifest the dreams and desires in your heart.

Find yourself back at the bottom of the staircase,

Only this time I'll count up from 1 to 10,

And with every step up,

You'll bring with you the confidence,

The clarity,

And the certainty that this vision is your new truth.

Stepping up from 1 to 2,

And from 2 to 3,

Carrying this vision with you in your heart as you step up to 4 and 5,

Feeling the certainty and the knowing in your bones that this shall be your new reality.

Stepping up to 6,

Stepping up to 7,

And stepping up to 8,

Feeling entirely confident this is your new truth.

Stepping up to 9,

And finally up to 10.

Open your eyes,

Take a look around the room,

And bring a gentle smile to your face,

Because these moments will soon be changing,

And remember,

Every time you walk through a door,

To pause and close your eyes,

And imagine stepping into your dream home,

Your new dream reality that is meant for you.
