Which means we're energetic beings.

You can feel my energy,

I can raise your vibration.

You can feel my energy and if I'm having a bad day,

I can lower your vibration.

The goal here,

And I talk to my private clients about this all the time,

Is how can I maintain my vibration regardless of what's going on in the world around me?

And that would be my question for you and that could be something you could journal on.

There's a practice I teach called the Love List in my group coaching program,

Single to Soul Mate,

Where it's make a list of everything you love to do or make a list of everything that raises your vibration and then put something in your calendar every single day that's on that list.

It's simple,

But how often are you putting yourself first?

And actually,

Your priority of feeling good and feeling pleasure.

Oh,

That's a good one.

So I'm actually gonna add that down.

So this week I'm doing a Love Embodied training on Facebook and Instagram.

We have so many newbies today.

All right,

Newbies,

How did you get here?

How did you find me?

Was it a personal referral from someone here on Insight Timer or did you just happen to hop on?

Because what I love,

So when it comes to energy and law of attraction is so many people found me accidentally.

It was like I just happened to hop on and it was exactly what I needed that day,

Which I think is beautiful.

It's such a beautiful reminder and affirmation that the universe is always giving you what you need.

However,

You need to be in the vibrational match of receiving.

And so when it comes to manifestation,

Because we're gonna talk about manifestation today,

So many people are easily putting their desires out.

I want this,

I want this,

I want this,

I want this.

But they're not putting themselves in the energy of receptivity.

And the energy of receptivity means you believe in yourself that you can have a thing.

You believe in the universe that such a thing exists.

So how often are you saying I desire a thing,

But then blocking yourself by saying it's taking too long,

It's not here yet,

That type of man couldn't possibly show up,

No one could possibly pay me that type of money.

So the two sides of the equation when it comes to manifestation and conscious creation is that one,

Yeah,

Put it on out there into the universe what you want.

But two,

If you believe in yourself and you can believe it can happen,

Then you're actually gonna make space in your life to receive the thing.

And your energy is gonna be different.

And I use this example in,

Yeah,

In my group coaching program,

Singles to Soulmate.

So I use this example,

Which is if you had ordered a brand new living room furniture set,

What would you have to do?

You'd have to clear out the old set,

You'd have to make space,

You'd have to start preparing to receive that set.

So when it is you think about what you want in your life,

How are you preparing to receive it?

Because that can actually,

It'll come back and it did.

So when you think about what you want,

So many people say I want it,

But then they block themselves,

They don't prepare for it.

They're like,

Well,

Maybe it's not gonna happen.

If that is the energy you're in,

It won't happen,

I can promise you that.

So get clear on what you want and start preparing.

And I know I gave this example a couple other times ago on Insight Timer,

Which is if you were going on a trip,

Like I'm going on a trip around the US,

Road trip into my Jeep,

And I know it's happening,

So I'm preparing.

I'm selling things,

I'm moving out,

I am putting stuff in storage,

I'm gonna get my Jeep all looked after,

Make sure every,

Like the oil's there and the tires have been rotated and the fluids are all full.

The energy I'm putting into it is preparation.

I'm allowing myself to believe it's happening and preparing for the trip.

But instead,

If it was,

I wanna take a trip this summer,

I'd like to take a trip this summer,

But I don't know if I'm gonna take a trip this summer,

It kinda depends on this and this and this and this and this what are the chances of that happening versus I'm taking a trip this summer and I'm checking off everything on my to-do list because I'm expecting it to happen.

So what is one thing you want?

Perception.

Are you allowing yourself to receive it?

Do you believe that it's going to happen so much that you're gonna actually start making room in your life to receive it?

The one and a child,

Beautiful.

So here's the next part.

So you have clarity in what you want.

We're always gonna have clarity on what we want because either,

Usually it's because we don't have it.

So you don't have it and that's why you want it.

And here's the thing with life,

We never get it done.

We're meant to desire more and more and more and more and more.

So for one thing,

I want you to not be so hard on yourself when you don't have the things that you want because you're always gonna want more.

You're always going to desire more.

So you know what you want.

So then next part on your list,

If you have pen and paper,

That's probably gonna be a really good idea.

What are the actions you could take that would actually be in alignment with you believing that you could have the thing,

That the thing existed?

So Susanna wants relationship,

Wants partnership,

Wants a child.

If you believed that that was happening,

That your desires are sacred,

That everything is working out for you,

That it's going to happen,

And let's not have a timeline on it because that's what messes people up.

They're like,

I didn't manifest it in the 36 hours that I said I was gonna manifest a million dollars.

It's like,

Give yourself a break here,

Sister.

So let's remove time from the equation.

Let's not have that pressure.

Tell me,

Start writing some things down,

Typing it in.

What are some things you would have to do if you actually believed that it was going to manifest?

Kim,

Financial independence.

What would you have to do?

What would you be doing?

So there's different aspects to the equation of manifesting.

There's the right now,

The practical side of getting to that point.

Then there's the putting yourself in the future state as if it already happened,

And what would you be doing?

So let's just start right now with the,

It hasn't happened yet,

But you believe it's gonna happen.

So for example,

I'm going on a road trip this summer.

It hasn't happened yet,

But I know it's happening.

I'm believing it's happening.

It is certainly happening.

So right now,

I'm doing all of these things in my life to put me steps closer to the June 6th departure date.

So let's go back to the manifestation bit.

So one,

It's clarity,

You know what you want.

Two,

All right,

Well,

What are the action steps you have to take?

Now,

Right now,

This is a very practical goal-setting workshop if you really think about it.

So you have to know what you want.

You have to know the action steps you would have to take to get there.

So what slows people down?

And for the woman who said negative mind thoughts,

Who said that,

Who said that,

Who said that?

I mean,

Natalie said letting go of the past,

Totally.

Shauna said eliminate negative self-talk.

So here's the thing.

The thing that will get in the way is not the world at all.

The thing that is going to get in your way of you manifesting what you desire is your brain,

Is your mindset.

Yeah,

Shauna said I'm the biggest fan and my own worst enemy,

Absolutely.

So what is going to get in your way is going to be your brain.

It's going to be your negative self-talk.

It's going to be everything your parents said.

So I call her the evil stepmother,

The evil stepmother in your head.

No,

You can't.

You're not pretty enough,

You're too old.

You're too old to have kids.

You're too old to meet the love of your life.

No one wants to be with a single mom.

You're too old for financial independence.

You're not smart enough for financial independence.

Your job couldn't give you financial independence.

You're worthless.

You'll never amount to anything.

So those voices you're hearing,

They're not yours.

They're your parents,

They're society,

They're the media,

They're the books you've read,

They're the songs you've heard,

They're the news stories you hear.

Think about it right now.

We have a collective consciousness going on on the planet right now of something that has to do with fear.

And I'm not going to get into the discussion of it,

But collectively,

A lot of the planet is focusing on a certain story and it's creating a lot of fear,

And fear can actually create disease in the body.

It's a very low vibration.

Versus the higher vibrations of gratitude,

Appreciation,

Love,

Joy,

Bliss,

Does a whole bunch for healing the body.

So mindset is going to be a big part of manifestation,

And then self-love and self-confidence will be the other part of manifestation.

So in the beginning,

When I was talking about the love list,

I don't know if you can see that,

Love list,

Love list,

Gonna be on the love embodied training.

When you are putting yourself first every day,

Or at least adding something into your calendar every day that's for you,

Now all of a sudden you're telling the universe,

Hey,

I'm worthy,

Holy cow,

I'm putting something in my calendar for me,

Every single day for me.

And I'm speaking especially to the women,

Because the women tend to put everybody else first.

They try to please everyone else.

I know some men are like that as well.

I have a lot of great men in my life that are recovering people pleasers.

So when you're putting everybody else first,

Ultimately you're saying,

I don't matter,

Or I don't matter as much,

When instead,

When it comes to manifestation,

You've gotta make yourself number one,

Your desires number one.

So I want you right now,

Make a list.

What are 10 things?

10 things you love to do.

They can be big things like go on trips,

They can be small things like take a bath.

I've been putting yoga in my schedule three days a week.

Actually in my Google calendar,

And I in the mornings do yoga three days a week,

Including this morning,

Because I was not doing it as much,

And yet I realized how good it made me feel.

And I started putting hiking in my schedule,

Because I wasn't doing it as much,

And I was just starting to feel sluggish,

And my jeans were fitting a little bit tight.

So I was like,

Hmm,

Maybe I should start doing those things I really enjoy for my physical body.

They can be small things,

Right?

Like reading a book.

I love exploration.

So let's say it's not in the books right now to travel.

Well,

Could you explore a new part of town,

A new restaurant?

Could you explore a new hobby or activity?

So I want you to be putting these things in your schedule.

We all have a list of things that we love to do that put us in good vibration.

How often are you doing these things?

So much of our lives was shoulded upon us.

My dad used to say,

Should is shit,

So quit shitting yourself.

So much of life is shoulded upon us.

You should do this,

You should do that.

And from an early age,

It starts.

It's be a good girl or be a good boy and do this and do that.

And it's called conditions of worth in the therapy world.

So from a very young age,

We are programmed to make everyone else happy before ourselves.

Where do you think this people pleasing tendency comes from?

Where do you think this like fear of getting kicked out of the tribe comes from?

Because from an early age,

We were told don't follow your inner wisdom.

Don't do what you wanna do.

Stop crying,

Pick up your toys,

Finish your green beans,

Take a bath,

Brush your teeth,

Go to bed,

Stop crying,

Have a whatever.

That's where we've all come from.

But the thing is we can let that crap go and we can leave it in the past.

Because this is about you connecting in to what feels right for you.

And when it comes to manifestation law of attraction,

The better you feel,

The better you attract.

And the point of life in my personal opinion,

And you can take this on if you want,

Is feelings.

Why do we want anything in life?

Anybody?

Because of how we think we're gonna feel when we get it.

You want a certain relationship because you think you're gonna feel supported,

Loved,

Cherished,

Adored,

Whatever.

You wanna travel the world because you love the feeling of freedom,

Of exploration,

Of finding something new.

You love cycling or being out in nature because of the feeling it gives you.

So there's an entire vibrational scale here.

And at the bottom,

We're gonna say fear,

Depression.

At the top,

Love,

Bliss,

Ecstasy.

And then everything else in between.

And I love to give this example to my love coaching clients who are manifesting love.

I'm like,

Okay,

Let's say you're down here and the people you're meeting are the bottom feeders,

Which means they're acting a certain way,

They're talking a certain way,

They're thinking a certain way,

And it's just not high quality.

Guess what?

You're a vibrational match for that based on what you're thinking,

Based on how you're acting,

And based on what you believe is possible.

No shame,

I've been there,

Trust me.

When I had a really low self-confidence,

I would take anybody that would give me attention.

But then,

Little by little,

I was like,

Start putting myself first,

Start telling myself I love myself,

Stop being mean to my body,

Start doing things that I like to do,

Start saying yes when I mean yes,

Start saying no when I mean no,

Start reading books on spirituality,

Start praying and meditating,

The list goes on and on and on,

And all of a sudden I'm way up here.

Which means instead of my vibration normally being in fear and anxiety and worry and depression,

Now my vibration is like gratitude,

Appreciation,

Happiness,

Joy,

Love,

Bliss,

And you know,

Like it'll go up and go down like within a range,

But for the most part I'm vibrating up here.

Which means I'm going to attract in,

Energetically,

People at this vibration.

Swimming with a whole new school of fish now.

So there's an entire energetic scale available,

And based on how you're feeling,

That's where you're vibrating,

And based on how you're vibrating,

That's how you're attracting.

So if you want to improve your manifestation practices,

Improve your ability to attract in a high quality match,

Then I want you really thinking about where am I vibrating on the scale?

And I want you to want to look it up.

Not right now,

Listen to me,

But look it up when we get off this.

Look at the emotional scale.

And it can be really hard to jump straight from depression to bliss,

But I promise you,

You can look for the emotion up.

And something up from depression is anger.

Because anger,

So depression is powerlessness.

Anger at least is like,

Pointing the finger at someone else.

It's your fault,

So then you feel a little bit more empowered.

So look at the vibrational scale,

And see if you can just make your way up one point every single day,

And I promise you by the end of 30 days,

You will be up here.

You'll be vibrating differently,

And when you're up here vibrating differently,

It's a whole lot easier to believe in yourself and believe in your dreams than it is when you're down here at like,

Oh,

Life sucks,

I'm feeling anxious,

I'm kind of depressed,

I hate my life,

I hate my job,

I hate my friends,

I hate whatever.

Really hard to attract in from that point.

So that's why when we start doing things like the love list,

When we say,

All right,

I just want to feel a little bit better today,

And a little bit better that day,

And a little bit better,

And a little bit better,

Before you know it,

You're gonna look around you and realize,

My life's freaking amazing.

Every day gets better.

The better it gets,

The better it gets.

Everything is always working out for me,

And I'm always in the right place at the right time.

These are affirmations I've been saying to myself for years,

And today,

May 17th,

2021,

I kid you not,

I believe it,

With every single part of my soul.

And it's beautiful because when challenges do happen,

I don't get stuck in the challenge,

I'm just like,

Oh,

This is on my path,

It's totally working out for me.

The universe has my back,

The universe knows that I want this where I'm going,

My body,

I trust my body,

I trust the alignment,

This is totally on my path,

What's the lesson here,

What did I need to learn,

How is this serving me?

I'm gonna continue on.

I don't dwell there,

I don't want to stay down here,

It doesn't feel good,

I like being up here,

It feels good to feel good.

So I focus on feeling good,

Knowing that when I focus on feeling good,

That's what attracts more into my life.

So another exercise that I would suggest you all do,

Sweethearts,

Is appreciation and gratitude.

I know one of you had just said that's what you're doing,

But have a gratitude journal,

Have an appreciation journal,

Or take moments throughout your day where you're stopping,

Pausing,

Looking around you,

And you're appreciating what is.

You can always find something to appreciate,

And what you appreciate appreciates in your life.

So now look at what you want to manifest again,

And ask yourself,

So for those of you that want to manifest love or a child,

What is it in your life that's already in alignment with love that you could appreciate?

Loving friendships,

Maybe your friend or your brother or sister's child,

Maybe you have a dog or a cat that you can appreciate that mothering energy around,

Or for those of you working on financial independence or a new career,

Well,

The people that get promoted are the ones who show up ready to work their tails off that are,

They are ready to work,

Regardless of if they love it or not.

Hi Joe!

So what I want you to do for those of you working on money or career,

What can you currently appreciate about money in your life?

About your current career,

About your colleagues?

I'm working with a client on this right now,

And I'm like,

Girl,

If the only thing you can appreciate about your career is that you have a steady paycheck every week,

Then I want you celebrating every time a check comes in.

When you think about what it is you want to manifest,

What about that topic can you actually appreciate that you already have?

So people manifest backwards,

They think once I get the thing,

Then I'll feel a certain way.

That will never happen,

You have to feel a certain way in order to call the thing to you.

We are magnets,

It's called law of attraction for a reason.

So think about your manifestations as attracting.

Can you put yourself in the vibrational state?

Well,

Appreciation and gratitude is about 600 on the scale from zero to 1,

000.

So when you move your way up the scale,

Now you're attracting in at that level.

So what is it about what you're currently wanting to call in,

Could you find appreciation for already in your life?

Whether you think it,

You say it,

You write it,

You speak it,

Because the problem is most people want a thing,

Like love,

But they're noticing the lack,

But there's no good men in my town.

Online dating is horrible and I hate online dating.

I just met another horrible man,

Whatever it is.

I want a brand new career,

Oh,

But my job sucks and the pay is not enough and my boss is an a-hole and my colleagues don't pull their weight.

I want to lose weight,

But I'm fat,

I suck,

And I like to eat Twinkies.

So I'm gonna eat Twinkies and I feel like crap,

So I'm gonna eat Twinkies.

Gross,

Twinkies,

I used to love those at one point in my life.

So you see where I'm going here?

This is why the mindset is oh so important.

You have to look at where you're going.

If you are driving a car,

You can't one,

Look over your shoulder at where you have been and expect to drive safely forward down the road.

And secondly,

You also can't stare at your steering wheel,

Which is where you are and expect to get safely down the road.

So with your manifestations,

Be honest,

How often of the time are you looking over your shoulder at where you've been or are you clinging dearly to the steering wheel looking at where you are?

I'm single,

I've always been single.

Or are you like,

Oh man,

This is so great,

I'm calling in the love of my life,

I'm looking forward to the things we're gonna do today,

I'm gonna start planning all these things in my life and rearranging my life and this is where I'm going and I'm so excited to meet my man and oh,

I just had a great date,

He wasn't the one but that's fine,

Now I learned a couple of things.

It was a good example with the car.

I agree.

So how often are you doing that to yourself?

Come on,

Be honest.

I can do it for you,

Nobody can do it for you but you can make a decision that you're gonna do it for you,

That you are gonna move forward in the direction of your dreams knowing that you're always going to want more,

Knowing that when you achieve what it is you desire,

You'll celebrate for a little bit and then you'll be looking to the next thing.

We never get it done,

You never get it right.

If it hasn't manifested yet,

It's because it just hasn't manifested yet.

It doesn't mean it's not meant to manifest,

It doesn't mean you can't have the thing,

It just means it hasn't shown up yet.

So keep driving down the road,

It's like you were taking a road trip which I'm taking a road trip.

Okay,

Here's a great example,

So I'm taking a road trip.

Colorado,

Arizona,

Texas,

Arkansas,

Alabama,

Georgia,

Tennessee,

Kentucky,

Illinois,

Iowa,

Colorado.

It would be like me leaving Denver on my way to Gunnison and halfway to Gunnison saying,

You know what,

I'm not in Atlanta yet,

Screw this,

Turning around and driving back to Denver and saying,

Didn't work,

Manifestation didn't work,

Mm-mm.

It's like you're just not there yet,

Keep going,

It's okay.

So how often are you shooting yourself in the foot?

Like,

Well,

It hasn't shown up yet so it can't happen.

It hasn't shown up yet because it hasn't shown up yet.

That's all,

Just need some more time to percolate.

Maybe there's such a thing as divine timing and if you had gotten the partner you wanted,

Like,

Oh,

Please God,

It has to be Mike,

Mike would have made your life a living hell.

So this is where you've gotta trust yourself,

Trust the universe.

And this will be part one of the love embodied training.

You have to have faith,

Faith in where you're going,

Faith that things are working out for you,

Trust in divine timing.

And then take that inspired action towards your goal.

And I promise you,

When you're looking forward at where you're going,

Any golfers in here,

I'm a golfer.

When you are trying to go over a water hazard,

You don't look at the water,

Because I promise you,

You will hit the water every time.

I remember at a golf tournament I was in once,

I hit 27 balls into the water.

Because the first time I went in the water,

Then I was noticing the water.

Second time I went in the water,

Noticing the water.

Third time I went in the water,

Noticing the water.

It wasn't until the 27th ball,

When I had one ball left,

And I was like,

Oh my God.

Look at the hole,

Look at the pin,

Look at the flag,

And I had like,

Boop,

Easy chip shot right there a couple feet from the hole.

You gotta look at where you're going,

Kids.

Not where you've been,

And not where you are.

Because where you are right now,

I promise you,

Is past tense.

Where you are right now is a manifestation of all the thoughts of the past,

All the actions you take have brought you to this moment,

Which means everything you're doing right now is rippling out into the universe,

And it will eventually manifest.

So maybe you need to remind yourself,

Everything I'm doing right now is rippling out into the future.

Abraham Hicks calls it the vortex.

You're putting it in your vortex.

But the only way to get what's in your vortex is you have to believe it's possible,

You have to be a vibrational match for it.

So get excited!

How can you get excited for the thing?

And that I can't answer for you.

For me with the road trip,

I keep looking up different places I could go.

I've started booking some hot springs hotels,

Calling up some friends that are gonna be along the way.

Like,

I'm getting real psyched for this.

And if I was looking to manifest anything else in my life,

I'd be doing the same thing.

Oh,

Actually I am,

My group coaching program.

I just opened the doors.

We start at the end of the month.

How am I getting excited?

Well,

Every woman that signs up,

I put her name on a post-it note and I put it on the wall and I'm like,

Oh my God,

I can't wait.

I'm so excited to work with you.

I kind of look her up on Facebook and see who she is and what's going on.

So I'm getting excited about the process and my excitement is going to draw more people into the program that I can help.

So don't underestimate the power of your energetic vibration.

Emotions are energy in motion.

We manifest with emotion and belief.

Emotion and belief,

Emotion and belief.

A belief system is nothing more than a thought you've thought over and over and over again.

Usually it got in there because of an intensified emotion.

Emotion and belief,

Emotion and belief,

Emotion and thoughts.

I love to say my affirmations when I'm running,

When I'm dancing,

I like to put on good music.

It puts me in high vibe.

And then when I'm a high vibe,

I'm like,

This is happening.

So here's the thing with love.

A lot of women and men block themselves because they're stuck in the past.

So instead of appreciating it,

They're noticing like that guy sucked,

That woman sucked,

He broke my heart,

I wasted my time,

I can't believe he cheated on me.

So their energy is still in the past.

But when you can find the lessons and appreciate the person,

Appreciate the relationship,

Appreciate the past,

That actually helps to dissolve and let it go.

So now you're no longer looking in your rear view mirror.

You're saying,

Man,

It's been so cool where I've been.

What's next?

Versus that's where I've been and I'm stuck there.

Part of your power is that you are a dreamer.

Those who are stuck in reality will never create more than what is.

Those who dare to dream will absolutely most likely at least have a much better chance of creating something brand new.

I am dreaming all the time.

You call it dreaming,

I call it manifesting.

Not a problem,

I love.

Keep your head in the clouds.

Head in the clouds,

Have that dream,

But then also ask for practical action steps you could take.

Talk to the universe,

Ask for inspired action.

Say,

Hey,

Universe,

Hey,

Uni,

This is what I want.

I'm dreaming it,

I'm feeling it,

I'm seeing it.

But we live in human bodies and a physical reality so you can't just dream it.

You do need to take action.

You can't just dream about building a skyscraper.

You need to make the physical plans and get the materials and hire the help to build a skyscraper.

So I think it's beautiful that you're a dreamer.

Step two is gonna be inspired action.

So repeat after me,

I am powerful,

I am aligned,

I am source energy flowing through a body.

My desires are sacred and I am meant to manifest that which is placed in my heart.

All I need to do is get excited about what it is that I desire and move confidently in the direction of my dreams and trust.

Trust the path that's unfolding,

Trust that I will feel in my body based on what feels right for me.

And so it is,

Hallelujah,
