Inviting you to get comfortable and close your eyes or lower your gaze and just start to take some deep breaths into your body and just start to arrive into your body letting go on the exhale letting your body relax into whatever it is that you're sitting or lying on letting anything that's happened in your day so far go to one side knowing you can come back to it later breathing into your body and softening your hips your legs,

Letting them be heavy breathing into your arms and your back letting them soften and relax as well and softening your belly letting go of any tension you're holding on to unclenching your jaw and softening your brow and just notice if there's anywhere else that you're holding on and just allowing it to let go a little bit more allowing your breath to bring you into your body relaxing,

Arriving into the wisdom of your body in this moment and now from up above imagine a column of coral light coming down into the crown of your head and just feeling that coral light coming down past your third eye into your throat,

Your heart space into your solar plexus,

Your sacral your root,

Down your legs into your feet and then down into the earth down through all the layers right down to the core,

The center of Mother Earth where it combines with her grounding,

Nurturing,

Supportive energy and then that light comes back up through all the layers back up into your feet,

Up your legs and past your hips,

Your lower body and into your heart and just take a moment to breathe in that coral light that coral light supported from above and below connecting you to above and below and as you do,

Just beginning to notice how do you feel in this moment right now is there any way you're judging yourself?

Any way you might have expectations on yourself?

And just beginning to simply notice and as you do,

Inviting you just to breathe that coral light into these parts,

Just holding them as they are right now and now we're going to take a journey into that coral light and we're going to let it guide you to a time when you were a baby as far back as you can remember just allowing the light to take you now further back,

Back,

Back arriving at when you were a baby and so just taking a moment to land there and beginning to connect with that little,

Little you feeling its energy connecting and as you do,

Just noticing how did you feel about that little baby?

Did you accept and love yourself exactly as you are?

And now we're going to move on and so just beginning to see yourself slowly getting older as you start to move along your linear timeline and you're going to be taken to a time when you stopped accepting yourself in some way maybe you started to feel not enough maybe you began to judge yourself in some way so just allowing yourself to travel along your timeline and trusting whatever age you land at is where you need to be shown something today and so just moving along your timeline arriving now what age are you?

What was happening?

And why did you stop accepting yourself as you are?

Just beginning to notice and letting it come into your awareness and what does that younger version of you need to feel accepted and loved?

How can you show yourself more love,

Acceptance and compassion in that moment?

And so now inviting you to imagine yourself bringing in whatever it is that you needed and if you aren't sure,

I invite you to hold that little version of you in a bubble of coral light and so just taking the time to do that now really giving yourself love,

Acceptance and or coral light and now just checking in with that younger version of you how are they feeling?

Is there anything else that they would like to share with you?

Is there anything else that they need?

And now we're slowly going to move on further along your timeline to another time when you didn't accept yourself in some way and so just beginning to move along your timeline travelling,

Allowing yourself to land wherever it is that you need to today and as you arrive,

Beginning to notice what age are you?

What was happening?

Why did you not accept yourself in some way?

And as you connect to this,

Just asking once again what does this younger version of you need to feel accepted and loved?

How can you show yourself more love,

Compassion and acceptance in that moment?

Inviting you to bring in whatever it is that you needed and once again if you're not sure,

You can hold yourself in a bubble of coral light and so just taking the time to do that now and now just checking in with that younger version of you how are they feeling?

Is there anything else that they need?

And so slowly drawing this experience to a close and beginning to travel back along your timeline coming right back to your current body in this present moment beginning to find yourself back in your body and we're just going to ask some questions connecting to your wisdom in this moment and what you might need moving forward for deeper self-acceptance how do you feel about yourself as you are right now?

Is there anywhere that you judge yourself?

Is there anywhere you are placing expectations on yourself?

How could you be kinder to yourself?

How could you bring in more self-compassion?

How could you bring in more self-love?

And how can you bring in more self-acceptance?

And so now just thanking the wisdom of your body the wisdom and intelligence of your beautiful self slowly beginning to draw this experience to a close for now knowing you can come back here and connect at any time and just slowly starting to feel yourself back in your body in the room that you're in and noticing the temperature of the air on your skin and feeling your skin against the surfaces slowly starting to bring in some gentle movement and stretching and taking as long as you need to bring yourself back into your physical body and when you're ready you can very gently open your eyes bringing yourself back into the space that you're in
