When the sacral chakra is out of balance,
You may have difficulty letting go,
Feel numb,
Unaroused,
And if you're a woman,
You may struggle with conceiving.
Physically,
You may have tension in your hips,
Lower back.
Other organs that could be affected include your bladder,
Kidneys,
The appendix,
And ovaries.
You may have sexual or fertility dysfunction,
Feel very emotional,
And lack creativity.
The sacral chakra is the second chakra of the body,
Found just below the upper body.
Found just below the belly button.
In order to balance this,
We must first look at the root chakra,
That of stability at the bottom of our spine.
The sacral chakra is in balance when the yin and the yang energy are balanced as well.
The yang representing that masculine energy.
And if it is out of balance,
You could be feeling insensitive,
Have aggression,
Potential control issues.
Any problems with addiction,
Alcohol,
Sex,
Can also pertain to being from an out of balance sacral chakra.
If the yin energy is out of balance,
You could be feeling hypersensitive and lack boundaries as well as that creativity.
To support the balance of your sacral chakra,
You could use essential oils like bergamot,
Cinnamon,
Yin yang,
Rose,
Jasmine.
You could also use crystals.
Moon stone is a very balancing stone.
Carnelian is great for sexual energy if you're wanting to enhance that area of your body.
Red jasper,
Blood stone are also great crystals to support this sacral chakra of the body.
You could bring in the colour of orange to your life.
A warm,
Cosy colour of orange.
This is the colour associated with the sacral chakra.
Visualising this colour,
Surrounding yourself with it,
Wearing it,
Eating it,
Could all help to bring your sacral chakra back into balance.
Other foods that would support the balance and stability of this chakra include those which are aphrodisiacs like strawberries,
Oysters,
Chocolate,
And also juicy fruits like the oranges I just mentioned.
The element for the sacral chakra is water.
Perhaps take a bath,
Surround yourself with water.
Go to the ocean,
The sea,
A lake,
A river.
Surround yourself with some kind of water.
Even listening to sounds of water running on an app can help.
When this chakra comes into balance,
You will notice a lifting of heavy energy,
Feel freer and lighter.
You'll find fluid movement,
Pleasure and a connection to self,
To your inner emotions and what your body most likely needs.
This is a chakra deeply connected to your creativity,
To your inner feelings and to your reproductive organs.
Keeping this chakra in balance will help you connect to yourself and to others.
