Hello and welcome to this meditation for opening and healing your heart chakra.
From the dawn of time,
Your heart has been the place where you understand your whole self,
Where your wisdom connects with your soul and where you make heart based decisions from your soul blueprint.
When this has been blocked or damaged by relationships,
Hurt,
Abuse,
Trauma and self-protection,
There is no room for the miracles of your life purpose to emerge.
In this meditation,
We are working with the healing heart angels to surround you in the rose colour and sensuality of loving yourself divinely.
Allow yourself to find a comfortable space,
To be seated or lying down.
If you're seated,
Place your feet firmly upon the floor and cross your arms and legs and allow yourself to begin to relax.
Take three or four nice deep breaths and when you are ready,
You can close your eyes.
And now,
As you find yourself in this space,
In the landscape of your mind,
You start to become aware that you are in a room and it feels as though this room is in a temple or a palace and you are seated upon a very fine ornate chair decorated in gold,
Embroidered with beautiful tapestry.
You can feel it holding you and supporting you,
Feeling the curves of the armrests.
And as you look around this room,
You notice on the walls beautiful paintings of angels of cherubs and a silk wallpaper of rose gold that appears to be shimmering in the light of the sun that is flowing in through the floor to ceiling windows of this room so that it almost appears to be moving,
Sparkling,
Iridescent.
You also notice there are other bits of furniture in this room,
Ancient wooden bureaus,
Beautiful highly glossed tables,
Large tapestries hung upon the wall steeped in ancientness and beauty depicting goddesses and beautiful scenes of serenity and calm which creates in you a sense of calm and serenity and safety and security.
And as you sit here absorbing this colour,
This beautiful rose gold,
You allow the petals of a flower within your heart to bloom,
To open,
To expand and to stretch.
And you find that the room is suddenly filled with a scent,
With a perfume of this rose.
And you feel what it is like to be loved,
To be loving and to be loveable.
As your heart continues to gently open at your own pace.
And you now are aware that the depictions of goddesses,
Of angels and cherubs have now come to life and they are surrounding you.
They are surrounding you in a mist,
In an aura of light and of love and of healing energy.
And you feel this love surround you and you feel this energy entering your heart chakra,
Soothing you,
Allowing more openness,
More expansion.
And the healing energies are smiling as they know that you are now becoming aware that you are loved,
You are loveable and you are capable of loving others as well as allowing yourself to love yourself.
And they are holding many hands and the wings of angels over your heart,
Allowing yourself to gently release anything from your heart and your heart chakra which has been preventing you from opening your heart and from feeling the love that is available to you.
This is a very gentle process and you are being held,
Supported and nurtured through it.
Any ways that you have protected the self due to experiences,
Trauma,
Abuse,
Hurtfulness or damage,
Anything that has blocked your heart or your heart chakra and that you are able to release today with the support of these loving energies and angels is now being removed from your energy,
Removed from your energy fields and all of your bodies.
And you may even see it being released out through your heart space,
Out through the large windows,
Out into the light,
Dissolving,
And you allow this process to continue for the next couple of minutes.
