
Releasing Into Sleep: A Bedtime Practice

Ease into sleep with this guided bedtime practice. To be done in bed, optionally holding Shakti mudra (a hand mudra supportive of sound sleep). You'll be guided through releasing the events of your day, followed by a relaxing body scan, and a sinking into the peaceful rhythm of your breath. There are no words or music at the end of the practice to allow you to drift into sleep undisturbed.
